Love it! Great for tomato salads!

I love this balsamic vinegar. It has a nice flavor. I used this to season a cold tomato salad for a side. Just mix four or five tablespoons of this vinegar with two or three tablespoons of olive oil. Combine it with cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and seasoned with a dash of salt and pepper. Pretty good!

Basically colored water (with a dash of acidity)...

I'm a big fan of salads and, in particular, vinegar-based dressings. There's nothing quite like creating a dressing with a perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spiciness, but this particular balsamic waters down the mix.

I've bought many balsamic vinegars and even the TJ's version, which cost $1 less for the same volume, is significantly better than this vinegar.

This balsamic vinegar barely deserves the label: It's VERY thin and watery, lacks any real depth of flavor and isn't a pleasant addition to any dishes I add it to. When I do use this vinegar, I'm forced to add much more than I would with comparably-priced brands, and always have to balance it's mildly unpleasant flavor with other oils/spices/flavors.

Tastes better than the fancy stuff I used to buy for 3 times the price. This is my new salad staple. Lasts long too. Been using this every other day for almost a year. Only bought 3 in that time. Love it.
