I researched for a long time before purchasing to what I thought was a 1080p tv, turns out it’s false advertising. Only got 720p. Returning this piece of junk. Thanks for nothing. 👎🏻

Great little tv. Though a bit expensive. I wish I bought I something slight bigger but I needed it to fit on my dresser. Great picture. Easy to set up. Good WiFi connection. Suggestion: If you have a fire stick I highly suggest not wasting your money on a smart tv. Made that mistake after the fact.

Limitation on the Apps you can load.

Just got this little TV in 24" model, Vizio D24f. I checked the box and website to assure that it is 1080p, it is. The picture is excellent! Small screen adds to high quality images, and the Menu has many options for Gaming, Cinema, Vivid, etc.

The Audio is so-so, its a small unit so small sound. BUT, I', seeing it right in front of me as a second sports screen, and its no issue. Note: the Menu has equalizer at FLAT out of the box, but it has other settings, such as Dynamic, so be sure to et in the Audio portion of the Menu and adjust it. I thought about a soundbar, but additional accessories and such are not my objective. Portable, fun, extra screen for streaming is my goal.

The major limitation is that you cannot download your own Apps to the TV or to the Vizio app. For example, I subscribe to NHL, MLB, and NFl. On my Firestick, I can download the official apps and can control the whole deal with my Firestick remote. I thought I could do the same with this Chromecast enabled small TV...nope. My brother has a 75" Google enabled TV and it does download the apps. Soooo, I have to watch the sports subscriptions by Chromecast streaming from my phone or iPad...an extra step. I wish I could add apps to this TV. The only apps it has are the ones that come with it, such as Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Crackle, etc. No Spotify, Pandora, sports, etc. Know this in advance.

It is the only small TV that I could find with two HDMI ports. I might add a Firestick, but for now are simply chrome casting.

I really do like this TV. Many reviewers have documented failures of the TV over time, and I will update if that happens to me. The picture quality is stupendous, the audio is acceptable (if sitting within 10 feet of the TV and after adjusting the Audio setting in menu), and the Chromecasting works but with limitations on Apps. Not bad for a TV I take out on big sports days and put in the closet when not in use. Lightweight and easily stored. Enjoy!

Great picture quality - terrible sound

I settled on this model as I needed a 24” TV max to fit into the limited space on my bedroom dresser, and there are not many options available for this size. PROS: The tv is very light and thin and the picture quality is superb. It was easy to set up and connect to my WiFi connection and streaming accounts. Since this is for my guest bedroom I only wanted it for Netflix and AmazonPrime movies and they both work perfectly at the push of a button on the remote. CONS: The text on the remote is small and dark making it impossible to read without my glasses and shining my iPhone light onto it. The worst thing about this TV is the sound quality - it is absolutely awful - so tinny. I am going to have to buy a sound bar.

Good Picture, Not so Good Sound

Picture is good, WiFi connectivity will get just about any service you want. I found the sound harsh, tinny and thin. Use this in my kitchen mostly when I'm preparing dinner. Bought a small sound bar to substitute for the built-in speakers; it is a significant improvement. Only disappointment is no matter what connection I used to feed the sound bar, the Mute button on the TV remote had no effect. As long as this TV is "on" and tuned to a broadcast I can't mute it. Even tried playing with the "speaker" settings on the TV, again can't mute the sound bar, and the remote's volume control does nothing either. Only the sound bar volume control works.

I have had several Vizio TVs. All are high quality. This model is no different and has an excellent picture. The additional features are nice and are easy to access. Set-up was easy and quick. BUT, the sound quality is only fair. The remote has a lot of nice features, but is not the easiest to use. So, buy the TV, get an inexpensive sound bar, and deal with the remote. For a small TV this seems to be a very good value.

Overall the TV is ok. The sound quality through the TV’s speakers is shallow and could be a lot better. Picture quality is also ok but not great. I connected a portable speaker through the Mic port with an Aux cord and the sound is much better. It was a very easy setup once the software updates were finished but it takes 15 to 20 seconds for the picture to come on after you push the on button.

I use this tv in a bedroom often while working on laundry. I am still figuring out the settings. The 1080 p is what I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised. The size is perfect. The sound is alright. I was hoping it would be better than what I read in other reviews. Overall I am happy with the clarity, colors and the picture it delivers for this size of tv.
