First off, this Peppermint Bark Syrup has 0 calories, 0 sugar, 0 carbs, and is obviously Keto friendly. This is a delicious way to sweeten or flavor up your coffee or favorite foods. Great for coffee, ice cream, desserts, and more. I like to add some flavor to my morning coffee every once in a while.
For a great diet Starbucks holiday style Peppermint Mocha Flavoured Coffee knockoff, try my following recipe:
8 oz brewed HOT or Cold unsweetened iced coffee 10 cal.
2 Cap-fulls or one "pump" of Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup, ( or as desired ) 0 cal.
2 Cap-fulls or one "pump" of Jordan's Peppermint Bark syrup ( or as desired ) 0 cal.
2 oz low fat milk ( or as much as you desire ) 25 cal
6 oz ice cubes (or, just use Hot coffee) 0 cal
Reddi-wip Fat Free Whipped Dairy Cream Topping (Keto Friendly) 5 cal.
Drizzle some Fat free or Sugar free Chocolate syrup on top of cream 5 cal.
Total for this sugar free fantastic coffee: only 45 calories
