Good for the money

Have now bought 2 packs of these. They work great and I have no complaints. Be careful when putting them in to bottles, prime 1 pump of syrup before you fully insert pump, maybe an additional with a cup ready to catch any that comes out. The 4 bottles on the left are plastic, the 4 on the right are glass.

Disappointed...none of the pumps securely attach to any of the bottles

Rarely have we left a negative review for items ordered over the years but was so disappointed with this purchase! None of the pumps in the package stay securely attached any of the Torani bottles. The pump itself seems to work but the tops cannot twist & catch to tighten on to the bottles. They just keep spinning without catching, so it sits loosely. This would’ve been a good value & worth the price if they securely attached like the other Torani brand pumps we purchased in the past.

Splatters and sprays and once opened, it makes the bottle so tall that you better have an open display or huge clearance in a cabinet as attempts to close pumps was messy and wasteful and not practical; once opened, designed to stay that way which I did not know when I ordered. Wish I could return. Took them off my syrups and just pouring from bottle now. Hoping easy pour spouts Ice seen on some of the torani syrups become available.

Actually this order was made by mistake. I thought I was ordering Torani syrups which I use daily to counter the bitterness of espresso coffee. I obviously mistook what exactly the product I ordered was. I imagine that they are very useful to people who have use for them. For me, they are far too long to use. They too tall to fit on my counter- top where I might have used them. I imagine that people not constrained in these particular ways, could make excellent use of them. So, I’m hopeful that I might find them to be gift items.

Can’t return even though description says eligible for return

Ordered these for our 750ml syrups for our coffee bar. I always look before I buy something to see if I’m able to return it because you just never know if it won’t work out. This clearly states on the description that it is eligible for returns or replacement. Just got them yesterday and put them on my bottles. The tops pop out waaay too high to fit on our coffee bar, so I just tried to return them. It comes up saying not eligible for returns! So now I’m stuck with these pumps that I can’t use even though I should have been able to return them! Why put on your description people can return this item if you actually will not allow them too?!

Not a good experience none of the four pumps pump smoothly they are jerky and you have to pump it about 4 times to get the same amount you get from one pump of leading brands. Additionally, 2 of the pumps were crushed in shipping. The return cost was more than the product so basically I'm just out my money and they went in the garbage.

Don't waste your money

These don't work very well. I just looked to return them, but am 5 days past my return window...so I'm throwing them away. I put them on plastic torani syrup bottles. The liquid never completely fills them, so when you pump it, only 1/4 or so of the pump amount comes out, and it spews because of the air. I have one that has completely locked up and won't work at All. Don't waste your money on these, I'm sorry I did.

I am very disappointed in this item. I ordered the 4 pack for $12.99 and only received one pump. Went to return it and item is not eligible for return. That is a VERY expensive pump!
Now I only have one pump and need 3 more but won’t spend the money... frustrating... ugh.

Does not pump syrup well at all, won’t be purchasing it again

We purchased these for our Breville espresso machine. We have Torani syrup (3 different bottles). They screw on great, but simply don’t pump the syrup with any sort of consistency… when making espresso it’s important to use the right amount of syrup when you are spending upwards of a $1000 to get the hardware for a good cup of coffee… save the money and just buy the Torani brand pumps, it’s not worth saving a few bucks as ours did not work as described.
