Cushions not removable Or reversible

So the description is misleading .., the first line says cushions are removable and reversible. Later in the description says
Fixed seat and removable back. The second is true! and the removable back is one sided. 😩 Fabric is nice it is seats are stiff but comfortable. I like the style just wish it was removable and reversible like the description said..... READ EVERYTHING

Overall the sectional is what I was expecting, the color matched well with the pictures on Amazon, it's stiff but not uncomfortable and should break in nicely. However, the shipping packaging needs to be reworked as both the sectional and sofa purchased had the pictured indention in the same spot with the sectional also having a small tear.

Aside from the inaccurate listing, it's a nice couch. I got mine at a good price, having purchased the sofa and 2 ottomans in Light Gray. It's a nice soft gray and fits well in a room with some lighter tan and earthy blues and greens.

The fabric is a woven product, and seems sturdy without being unpleasant to the touch. I'm 6'2", and I can nap comfortably, albeit not completely stretched out. With the 2 ottomans, it'll serve as a "you can stay here, but you won't want to" guest bed in a pinch.

All 3 pieces arrived safely, although their boxes didn't suggest that. This was my first experience with a 3rd party Last Mile delivery outfit. They brought the sofa, while my poor USPS carrier got the ottomans (and some accent chairs. Sorry bro!) I needed someone to throw a huge box on my porch for a contactless delivery in a thunderstorm without ruining anything, and I have to give them (NSD in Ft Wayne in this case) high marks for doing just that. Certainly better than my Lowe's or Menards deliveries for $100 more.

All in all, it's a decent couch, especially if you watch for your color/item price to drop as Amazon tinkers with pricing and demand. In my case, I got furniture store quality for box store pricing, delivered, in a thunderstorm.
I was apprehensive about the third party, but I'm guessing Amazon is ruthless with them, and they are probably highly motivated. Durability remains to be seen, but initially, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Well-made, solid construction. Comfortable and so easy to unbox and put the legs on. Sofa is perfect for the price. And, Amazon delivered quickly, unlike the 5-month estimate from a local furniture store.
The cushions are not reversible, but all cushions are loose (not attached). The chaise can be placed at either end.
Fabric is super soft and sturdy. Style can fit traditional or modern decor. Great dark denim blue color with thick, comfortable foam.
I typically buy upholstered furniture that will last 15 or more years. Have not purchased anything this large from Amazon until now. Fingers crossed for this!

A very, very beautiful couch!! The navy blue color is exactly as pictured. The style is more modern than traditional in my opinion, but it's exactly what I wanted. It will compliment different style preferences. The cushions are a bit stiff, but certainly not at all uncomfortable. I think this will ease with time and use. I have ordered two matching chairs and look forward to completing the whole set. Overall, I'd give this couch more that five stars if I could!!
P.S. Two thumbs up for the local delivery service, too.

I just received my furniture yesterday, so I can't speak about its durability yet, but it is beautiful. Definitely a true gray. There was a small tear in the bottom (the side that faces the floor), but since it is not visible I did not make an issue of it. I hope it lasts for a long time!

Well, I have not one but two recliners but I also have not 1 but 3 cats and I refuse to put any of my fur children in danger my making myself comfortable and reclining either of the recliners so I had been either just draping a leg over an arm or pushing a recliner close to another piece of furniture so I could put my feet up. I'd been wanting an ottoman for a while but didn't have the space for one. A year ago I moved into a new, much larger place and so now I have room for an ottoman. The search was on.

I wasn't too picky, I just wanted one tall enough, large enough, and soft enough to comfortably stretch my legs and feet out on while sitting in my double recliner. I'm 5'11 by the way. I also did not want anything that would easily snag. Lastly I was hoping to find one no more and preferably less than 100 dollars. I was hoping for gray or brown and it just so happened the gray color was on sale. This does look to be light gray in person, if color is important to you. Anywho, you would think that it would be pretty easy to find what I want right? It's just an ottoman, not an entire chair.

Well it turns out ottomans are more expensive than I would have thought. All the cheap and by cheap, I mean less than 100 dollar ottomans are small, more like foot stools. That or those storage boxes that double as benches or ottomans or end of bed chests. Those were not what I wanted. What I wanted was exactly what I found when I came across this ottoman. It fits my needs perfectly and I got it while it was on sale which at the time was 67.99 or so.

I absolutely LOVE this ottoman!! It's quite large, it is as wide as the seat of my double recliner and even completely pushed up against the cushion of the recliner, I am still able to fully stretch my legs out on it and my feet do not hang off. The material is a nice soft cottony, almost like a cross between kaki and thin jean material. It is also sturdy but has a softness to it as well which is perfect for resting my heels on. The height is also inline with the height of my recliner so my legs go straight out, they do not slope up or down, which I absolutely love. It arrives in a large box with the 4 wooden legs stored inside the ottoman. If you flip the ottoman over, there is a black zipper. Open the zipper and the 4 legs are wrapped together inside. Pull them out, zip upnthe zipper then screw the legs onto the bottom of the ottoman. Flip it over and you are ready to go. It is fairly light weight so it's easy for me to lift but it has felt pads on the legs so you can also slide it across the floor if it's too heavy to lift.

All in all, I can not be more satisfied with this ottoman. The quality is great, the size is wonderful and it feels good to rest my achey legs and feet on. At the time I purchased it it was less than 70 dollars but I see now it has gone back to it's full price of over 100. Ultimately, while I do love it, I would not have purchased it for the full price of 121.00 to 130 or so. If it goes back on sale and you can get it for 80.00 or less, absolutely get it if you can!

Not many things impress me, especially buying furniture online that I haven’t had the opportunity to touch and feel. However I was desperate to find something for my space that I couldn’t find in a brick and mortar store. This chair had the lines, mid century modern feel I was after yet has a traditional look and feel as well. So I took a chance… And boy am I glad I did. The chair is a perfect size not too big not too small good height and surprisingly very comfortable. Also the blue color is perfect, true as shown in the stock pic… I’m just as pleased as punch! If you think this is what you want to get I definitely encourage you to buy it - you won’t be disappointed! Oh quick note I actually bought this chair from the outlet because that’s all that was left at the time. The description/condition noted small imperfections but let me tell you whatever they were I can’t tell because it looks perfect to me!

The couch itself is fantastic - very comfortable, feels durable, and easy to assemble. We purchased the sectional as well as the loveseat option and they look great.

However, Amazon should seriously consider a different shipping partner for the delivery. It was sent by NSD and they were f**** awful. Tracking was never updated. Delivery was never formally scheduled. They rang when they were in our driveway for the first time - no other notification was given. Then, the lift gate was broken and this elderly woman they sent tried to lift down the package herself. It was dropped in the mud on the driveway. The truck nearly hit our car which was parked nearby. Absolutely shocking!!! Amazon, consider using a different shipper - if you look at reviews for NSD you'll see I'm not alone in this assessment.

This love seat is exactly what I was looking for. I was a little surprised by the color; I thought it would be a little more tan/brown than gray (the color is called light gray). But i think that’s just me because it does look like the photo. Absolutely would recommend. It’s beautiful and comfortable. Firm but still soft to nap on. I love it
