May 2020 update: the sofa is still looking as new. I spend at least two hours a day working on the sofa while on quarantine. I am still very satisfied with this purchase

The day after: I am happy with my new small sofa, it seems fit for purpose. It’s stylish, comfortable, well made and reasonably priced. I spent several weeks analyzing all the options in the market and so far this sofa has met my expectations.
I will provide updates to let you know how it does with time.

Solid and good design, terrible fabric

Delivered quickly and delivery team assembled the legs for me. Fabric is classic tweed, hardy and nice to sit on. It is deep so you can curl up on it and the back pillows are quite tall so it is really comfy. Feels like a really high quality piece of furniture!

Update one month later: the fabric is pilling really badly. Looks terrible.

Still have not gotten my refund as of 6/26/22, couch was picked up by Amazon's courier Pilot. They verified it was picked up and I sent a copy of the pickup slip and had a Pilot supervisor confirm over the phone and Amazon still denies they received it!!

The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. I measured it. I originally ordered the deluxe delivery which included room if your choice and assembly.

Scheduling the pick up has been an utter nightmare. Pilot received a standard pickup order, Amazon said they would upgrade the order to include disassembly and pickup from the room it is in, all of this after several hours and various agents and being hung up on 4 times and today Pilot says they still have not received a response nor change request from Amazon or they're liason. I confrrenced Pilot and an Amazon supervisor on the phone. Pilot explained what needed to be done and the Amazon supervisor says they can not upgrade it. I am livid and frustra6at this point. I do not have the tools nor the body strength to take the couch apart or carry it through my home to the back door.

I will never order anything else from Amazon. To add to my dissatisfaction a refund takes 14days after the item is returned. Free return is a false advertisement by far! I now have to pay someone to come and take it apart and move it for the pickup with no packaging since they took that when they delivered it. Terrible experience, never again!

Update: Amazon denied request for upgrade on pick up order sent directly from Pilot. I'm a disabled vet and widow. I'm not physically able to move a 112 lb sofa. That's why I ordered the deluxe delivery initially. I will never order anything from Amazon again!

Update:
It has now been 16 days in dealing with this. The sofa was picked up yesterday night ad despite written communication from an Amazon supervisor stating she would issue a refund as soon as the courier picked up the item, Amazon is still refusing to issue the refund. They are stating that she should not have done that and they are not going to honor her word. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income ad this is appalling. I have are canceled my Prime membership and pending orders which included a replacement sofa. Amazon clearly has no integrity and does not vale it's customers with treatment like this.

Couch legs NOT enclosed! ON THREE SEPARATE ORDERS over 2 months!!!!!

Missing the sofa legs and had to return the entire sofa! We really like it and the color and size is perfect so we reordered... 2ND AND 3RD BOXES ALSO MISSING LEGS! And after over an hour chatting with associates I STILL had to return the entire thing. Manufacturer apparently has no way to ship the legs independently. Ridiculous. No quality assurance or customer service from Rivet at all. What a hassle. They said they took it off the website until figuring out the problem and yet it’s happened again and again.

Falling apart after 8 months

Nice comfortable couch but after only 8 months it’s falling apart. We had a tear, a broken seam and the arm rest is broken.

Buy a better couch, this one is a waste of money.

Legless and Lackluster

When I opened the box, I was struck by the smell of a worked-over, greasy conveyor belt, whose pungent factory aroma had only meekly been covered up with a faint hint of Pine Sol. Following extraction from the delivery box, I sorted out the tufted pillows and studiously looked for the legs to attach. As instructed by the sparse manual, I unzipped the fragile pouch to find nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. No legs. On top of the missing appendages, the flimsy zipper had fallen off the track as well, leaving a unsightly, saggy pouch underneath. Needless to say, I will not be endorsing the purchase of this sub-par product for any future Amazon buyers.

This sofa is listed as 79.9 inches wide. Just got mine today and measured it... it is in fact only 71.5 inches wide. Pretty big difference. Trying to get my money back, will follow up on this review to let you know how it goes.
