You never want to use it, but its good to have when spending $500 on a camera. My claim that I had to file was one of the worst experiences I've had with online purchases that failed. A technical issue took out my ability to use the LED screen, which they replaced but instead of admitting an issue instead told me the issue was a button pushed in error... Why replace the screen and put me down?
3 months later after THAT issue and now the camera isn't recording video. I won't file another claim and be blamed, nor made to feel like a fool.
