I purchased a HP printer in October 2017 and purchased the Asurion warranty with it. It stopped working correctly. I contacted Asurion. They sent me a prepaid label to send them my printer and that very same evening I had my credit so I could purchase a new printer. THAT IS SERVICE. So you bet I purchased their warranty with my new printer. Thank you very much.

I purchased this warranty for a portable monitor. Today when my monitor did not work (bought in June). I filed a claim on line, only to be told to contact the manufacturer. An hour and a half later, I was no closer to getting help. Amazon finally helped. But this was a waste of money.

I purchased a HP printer in October 2017 and purchased the Asurion warranty with it. It stopped working correctly. I contacted Asurion. So...like most people, I hate paying for insurance/extended warranties. And, though I rarely have to use it, the very unlikely event of lightning striking near our home caused me to do so. It zapped many, many of our electronics. I had purchased the Asurion warranty when I bought a modem. It was one of those items that would not turn on after the storm.

I called Asurion and the rep helped me through the claim process. It only took a few minutes and the following day they had issued me an Amazon Gift Card. Sooooooo glad I paid the extra for insurance. I know there's an argument to be made against it, but as long as it's affordable to do so, I'll continue buying these extended warranties.

When my router failed, I reached out to the manufacturer for support. I forgot that I had purchased a 4-yr Asurion plan so I did not go to Asurion for tech support. Fortunately, I was reminded of the plan when I looked up the original order on Amazon. I was checking to see how long I had the device. I had it just over two years. After all attempts to get it working right failed, I submitted the claim to Asurion. It was very easy to do online. I packed it up, attached the shipping label Asurion provided, and took it to the nearby UPS Store. Asurion provided the Amazon gift card by email the next day. I took the time to shop for a different router. I got one that so far is working great and was much less expensive than it would have taken to replace the original with the same device. I did not fail to get another 4-year plan for the new device.

You actually don't even have to register your product, but I chose to do so by uploading the receipt for my new HP Envy Photo 7855 printer to save time if a claim is ever necessary. I would highly recommend Asurion to anyone!

Our refurbished wi-fi range extender failed after two years, and the Asurion insurance immediately provided a return shipment label and refunded the original purchase price to our Amazon account. Very easy to file a claim on their website after answering just a few questions.

Definitely the way to go on these kinds of devices (especially refurbished).

Six months, I bought this extended warranty for my iPad external keyboard because my previous two keyboards stopped working. The price seems fair. The warranty kicks in after Apple’s one-year warranty expires, so I have no idea if I will need to make a claim on it or if the claim will be handled quickly.

Apple starts their warranty when a retailer buys a product. Amazon got the keyboard in July 2020 and I bought it in November 2020. So when I took it to the Genius Bar in September 2021, I was told that Apple's warranty had expired.

A quick call to Asurion and I got a mailing label to send the non-working keyboard to them. I got an Amazon gift card for my purchase price (not the current price which is a few dollars more).

So I'll buy a protection plan from Asurion again if it's offered.

This product is exactly as described. I purchased this device to use Samsung Dex in a mobile environment. The device itself is definitely not designed for that. No mounting options, as I already knew from reading the description. But the device was packed VERY well in a formed Styrofoam wrapping that was nice and stiff. I used that in my laptop desk to snuggly hold the monitor in place without putting too much pressure on the display. With a dex adapter and a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo I am now running dex nice and smoothly in my truck. Just plug in and I'm up. No power button to hit. If it has an input its on, if not its in standby. Just make sure you get a hefty power adapter. I have a 10 watt and have no issues. Trying it on a 2 amp adapter gave a dim but usable display. So as far as value for the money for me, it was well worth it. I now have full flexibility with two mobile devices. So for my use it saved me quite a bit of money, not to mention frustration of using multiple devices.

I purchased the warranty on an HP refurbished printer, the same one which I had and liked. After exactly one year it starting printing out the pages with grey ink all over the pages. I googled and did a test if it was the cartridge or the printer. I called customer support, within minutes the claim was approved, a return label was sent to me. I returned the printer and a full refund of the product was issued in an Amazon Gift card. I purchase these often and would again. Definitely worth it.

My printer stopped printing in blue. New cartridge, cleaned heads…nothing worked. Notified Asurion. They sent a label. I boxed it up. They gave me the original purchase price and they paid shipping. Had the 4 year warranty, we were 3.5 years in. Oh, did I mention that this took less then 3 days? Ordered my new printer last night.
