I bought this for a replacement hard drive for a computer. I was impressed with the email copy sent because it gave all the important information, such as purchase date and what it covered. It is an 2 year extended warranty with full technical support to help install, and trouble shooting 24/7 which starts from date of purchase. The equipment warranty goes into effect after manufacturers warranty expires. It explains that will cover all equipment failure and manufacturer warranty for 2 years after manufacturer warranty expires. But it is not insurance for drop and break. My husband was able to get necessary help to download and install the proper factory installed Operating system for that computer's Windows 10 license. And I won't have to pull my hair out being driven crazy because it doesn't require extensive backtrack and running around to fix it.

As above. I have not had to invoke the warranty coverage but if I had to do, I don't really know exactly which one fo these 20 odd certificates I have. Asurion and Amazon must place the product name in the warranty, and not just an order number. Until that happens, I would be forced to rate them with no more than 2 stars. It is just a minor software change.

Why am I forced to save an email for my warranty!?

The first line of the warranty email I received reads:

"Please save this email — it's confirmation of your protection plan purchase and registration."

The email doesn't even mention what product is under warranty!? So now I have to save an email for the next three years and somehow remember what item it relates to. It really seems like Amazon and Asurion are deliberately trying to make it so people are way less likely to redeem their warranty.

Amazon saves all kinds of purchase data and could save any warranties I purchase just as easily. Asurion must have some way of saving the warranty info too, because they verify the warranty when a claim is made. Adding the product name to the email seems just as easy and simple. I thought I was being smart and buying a warranty but now this experience wreaks like a sleazy used car salesman up-sold me with under coating protection.

I have no idea if the warranty provides a good service, and now I'm not confident I'll ever find out.

I like the idea my stuff can be protected, but these things are seldom needed, right? But when you do need them, they're great...

So, I have to go through my order, figure out what was protected, and write it on the damn envelope myself?

For the three dollars it cost me it's cheap, but in this crazily automated world, they have to know what they are protecting, right?

They can print the specific order number, date, plan price, bjt not a description?

So, if I dont write it on the paper myself, and I have a half dozen of these plans, and I need one, I've got to go through them all to figure out which one I need?

That's kind stupid... Just my two cents...

So, I bought 2 pair of Ram sticks for an upgrade with these trash tech support plans in tow. 1 of those sticks was defective. I tried to contact Asurion to no avail. Amazon didn't give me an option to replace those sticks under the same order number, so I had no choice but to return them for a refund and buy sticks under a new order number. Now, it would make sense that if this plan couldn't be carried to a replacement item, that it too should've been refunded. Instead, after days of waiting for a reply from these clowns, I've just been informed that my purchased plan also needs to be refunded and replaced. The problem is, I needed this upgrade for my business. I didn't have time to wait days on a reply when I'm already waiting days on shipping, so I ordered new sticks with no tech plan assuming these clowns would just honor the plan I already paid for considering it's for the EXACT SAME ITEM. Nope. That would clearly make too much sense.

I do not make it a practice to purchase the extended warrenty or insurance, most of the time I found the item outlasting both. This time I thought it to be a good idea since I use my burner as much as I do and honestly I am so glad I did and Asurion was AMAZING. Once I submitted my claim I was given instructions along with a pre-paid label. About a day after I sent it out I received a gift card to purchase a new burner, that was it, painless. I also insured my new device with Asurion, I have not one complaint, they were on top of their game. Just as the title says. I bought the protection plan for a computer mouse that went bad on me. In my claim, I put down exactly what happened and how the mouse stopped working. First Asurion asked me if I still had my warranty from the original manufacturer. Once I said no, they immediately sent me a prepaid return label for UPS with no issue. After I sent Asurion my mouse, I received an Amazon gift card code with the exact cost of the mouse that I paid for.

Honestly, I had expected some kind of hassle and effort that I would have to go through to possibly get a refund. I know how some companies like to cut corners and bull**** their way around things. However, to my surprise, Asurion did exactly as one would hope for. The customer service was amazing and polite, and the value of the plan itself was perfect. I will definitely purchase a protection plan from Asurion again in the future!

A few days ago I received these headphones and I really loved them. It is a good purchase for quality and price.

The design is quality and I love that they can be used both as USB and also with mobile devices with 3.5mm input. So I can use them on my laptop connected to the USB port for my online work giving lessons, and I can also use them on my cell phone or tablet to watch movies. Today was the first time that I used them for my online classes and they have worked perfectly, I was impressed by the sound quality and practically I had to use the volume of my laptop to the minimum because otherwise it left me deaf from how high it could be heard. I tried them to listen to movies and the sound is spectacular. The microphone is another thing that I really like, I did tests with my laptop and my students can hear my voice loud and clear, I like that the microphone is retractable, so I can take it out when I teach my lessons online and hide it when I want to use it to see a movie.

At the moment I have no complaints about the product, nor about the shipping.

I do not hesitate to recommend the purchase of these Headphones
