We buy protection on pretty much everything, the ones where I had issues with the product and submitted the claims, Asurion has been great, in the analysis, speed of claims, etc. I just gave it 4 stars because the easy of use from a website perspective its not that great and one time they had actually ship me the label before I could ship back the defective item and the shipping label got lost and then had to send it the second time and the whole thing too way longer than experienced. Not sure why they cannot send you electronic shipping label for you to print yourself which they have done in the past.

I returned the actual product I bought this for, assuming this would be refunded with it since it was bought together... of course it wasn’t. I didn’t notice for about a month and finally had to email them to get the refund. They said bc I used it for a few days I would be charged even though you could see I returned the actual product a month before. They didn’t care, so they prorated it and returned me half of what I paid. Ridiculous

Bought a 3 year protection plan for computer speakers that unfortunately malfunctioned after a year and a half. Filing a claim and receiving reimbursement was so easy and efficient. Filed a claim and Immediately received a prepaid label for returning the item and the same day that I dropped off the return package to UPS received an email that a gift card for the purchase price was ready to add to my Amazon account. I had expected it was going to be hassle and instead it couldn't have been easier.

Nothing much to say. The plan hasn't had to be used yet, thanks to the durability of my Huion and my knowledge on how to take care of the product.

I was glad I could purchase the warranty, regardless. I would suggest it, simply because if you need a backup if the product breaks, having a warranty definitely helps in that situation.

Bought the plan for a printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 months after purchase the printer scanner wheels stopped working and would not feed documents. Called to file a claim, they sent me a return label for the printer and then once received sent me a e-card for the cost of the printer. Doesn't get much easier than that!
