we got a 32" tv a little over a year and a half ago. I thought "why not spend a few $ extra and get the 2 year warranty? ...just in case." well, I'm glad I did! the tv developed a problem with the picture about 7 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. I was upset but then I remembered the extended warranty I paid for. I got on their website and at first had a little trouble filling in the information. but then I clicked on the "CHAT" button and someone named Ricky helped me right out! within about five minutes I had confirmation that my tv was fully covered and that I had Amazon credit for the full amount I paid for the tv (minus sales tax)! I've now ordered a replacement and I don't even have to return the bad one! this went WAY BETTER and EASIER than I thought it would! I'm going to get the Asurion extended warranty from now on! I only give four stars because I did have some trouble with the website at first... otherwise it would have been five stars. overall,I'm really glad I got the Asurion warranty!
