EXTREMELY hard to get through a claim with them.

Web site didn't work with numerous tries and my order number was correct. After calling and long conversation to get the details down she said someone would call me within 3 days. I got voicemail saying to call a different number than the one that called or to go online. No claim number was provided. I tried online again same issue. Called and she said claim was started, but someone would call in 3 days with more questions. Ridiculous. I complained now both times and they say sorry, but nothing they can do about it. What a waste of my time. My order number works fine when they look it up, but not on their web site. I wonder if they just give people the runaround until they give up especially on a lower priced item.
