5.0 out of 5 starsFantastic Earbuds With Wonderful Features!
Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2019
These headphones are literally fantastic. I am a professional musician by trade and these have incredibly clear sound quality, really high end parts put into this product.
The connection is fast and easy, it charges while in the case which is a great feature but better than all these features I love the ability to wear them in the shower and jam to tunes while they get soaked and survive it like a champ. Really high end headphones for a amazingly good price. I would recommend these to anyone looking for Bluetooth headsets similar to those made by Apple but for a far less price and also BETTER bass response!!
The touch controls on the side are fantastically good if you wanted to pause music or youtube at work when someone asks you a question so you can hear them without taking the headset out. They are incredibly good at isolating and even at the lowest volume they can shut out the world around you. I wear them everywhere and love them so much.
They come with a charge case, 3 extra sets of ear tips to fit whatever size ear you have, a charge cable for charging the case (micro usb) and a one year warrantee!
Do yourself a favor and get a set of these superb Bluetooth earbuds!
Did I mention they are waterproof?! IPX8 Waterproof!!

1.0 out of 5 starsTOZO offered me $40 to take down this review.
Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2020
Looking for a cheap alternative to Airpods, bought these based on numerous positive reviews. Worked great for about 2 weeks, then the left earbud started cutting in and out during my runs. Always and only during exercise. I contacted the company and the response was that this was a known issue with iOS, and the solution is to download an app onto an Android device and update the firmware in the earbuds. I don't have an Android device!

If you have an Android device you might want to take a chance on these. When they worked, the comfort, sound quality and noise isolation were good for the price. I was very happy for like two weeks. I have since returned these and shelled out for Airpods, and those are WAY better. As they should be, given the price.

2.0 out of 5 stars Sound quality is total garbage, but excellent customer service
Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2019
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
UPDATE 10/27/19
Bottom line: 5 stars for customer service and 1 star for sound quality.
When I initially received the buds I wrote a 1 star review which is at the end of this thread.
Within 1 day I was contacted by email from their customer service department, asking if I would remove or change my review if they sent me a replacement set, completely free of charge, as I may have received a defective unit.
That in itself deserves 5 stars, as it shows the company does want to make their customers happy. However, it also came across as very quid pro quo, as the email mentioned several times, highlighted even, that they wanted me to delete my previous 1 star review for getting a free replacement set.
That doesn’t really bother me, as companies like this live or die on amazon reviews and fight for 5 star reviews. It also wasn’t dependent on me changing or deleting my review, they just asked if I would.
They were going to send me a free replacement set no matter what because they want every customer to be satisfied.
That deserves 5 stars.
But here’s the actual problem: the replacement set sounds identical to the first set. The highs are too sharp and the bass clips and distorts even at low volumes.
This isn’t a build quality issue, it’s a sound engineering issue.
The hardware quality is very solid, they use good drivers and the latest available software/firmware.
It’s not a fit issue either.
It’s whoever the sound engineer that tuned these and set default or baseline equalization settings that is at fault.
The bass frequencies (right around 50-80 hz) are boosted way too high, such that when you listen to anything that hits at that peak (most pop and hip hop), the driver can’t respond fast enough and clips, which results in distortion.
The treble range has the same issue, resulting in over powering and sometimes painful sharp and shrill peaks.
This problem will persist until the baseline eq is adjusted at the manufacturer, or an option to adjust the eq directly on the set is implemented through firmware upgrades.
Until an update to the baseline eq is performed, I cannot recommend this particular set at all, based on sound quality alone.
Which is too bad considering the awesome customer service and otherwise outstanding build and feature quality.
I wonder now if earlier models of these earbuds suffered from the same sound quality issues or is it just this model.
If I was reviewing the company, it would be 5 stars, but I’m not, in reviewing a product, and this product is literally unusable due to the sound.
For those of you wondering if I’m just stating personal opinion about my preferred sound settings, this isn’t the same thing as how we like our eq set. No matter what you set your eq at, boosting or lowering certain frequencies, no set should ever distort by default, especially without a way to change it.

UPDATE 10/24/19
I was contacted by the customer service department of TOZO regarding the review I left here and they offered to send me a new pair for free because they felt that maybe I received a defective pair. That’s some excellent customer service and deserves at least another star in the review.
I also realized that I didn’t give much other information about the product in my first review, as the severely muffled and clipping bass was an absolute deal breaker for me.
So here’s a bit more detail about these buds:

Pairing was super easy and very fast, literally just take them out of the case and they both find your device and each other. Done. *****

These are in-ear fit that rely on the correct size tip and placement in the ear canal to stay in. There are plenty of tips for you to find the right size so they can stay in place. The tips themselves are silicone and do a good job of sealing the canal to block outside noise and moisture. ****

One of the best features of these buds, and my reason for choosing them over the countless other options here on amazon and anywhere else, is the touch controls vs a button that depresses and clicks. For anyone who has used a pair with a physical button you have to push in, you know how uncomfortable and sometimes painful that can be. The touch sensitive controls for these buds is exceptional, having just the right area on the surface that faces away from your ears to activate commands while still leaving the corners not sensitive so you can still adjust them using the sides without accidentally hitting the touch sensitive spots.
The controls are simple, quick, and responsive. *****

Battery life and call quality I did not review as I did not have them long enough due to the defective sound quality.

I will update this review again when I receive the replacement pair from TOZO.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Sound quality is total garbage, I mean really bad. The bass clips at even low volumes.
I’ve never been so disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 stars If you're a sedentary Sloth these are for you, if you're human these may not be for you!
Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2021
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
The positives are many with these earbuds. I have an older phone and they never fail to connect to the Bluetooth which is great. The sound quality is good, except as they start getting loose. Battery life is the highlight of this set. These things last forever off a single charging of the case.

Now for the negatives. The design is terrible. Perhaps I have oddly shaped ears, but it does not matter which ear pieces I use, these buds simply do not stay in my ears consistently. I have no idea why they designed these in the shape they did. They are designed to pull out of your ear due to the bulky and top heavy shape. If there is any amount of sweat these things are guaranteed to start falling out of your ears. Don't plan on using these if you are performing tasks that require both your hands or you'll for sure drop em. Heck, don't expect to chew food and not have them slide out of your ears also.

The other issue is more of an annoyance is the touch control. There is no physical button you can feel, so it's very difficult to find the sweet spot to adjust the volume. The bigger issue is as you adjust the ear buds before they fall completely out of your ear, you're nearly guaranteed to activate the forward/reverse skip control. This is terribly annoying when you're jogging and need to adjust the earbud and it constantly tries to skip forward during a podcast. This happens even when you're confident you've only touched the sides of the bud and not the control portion. Sweat will also cause the controls to be a little more touchy. Now, when you do mean to use the touch control to say pause the playback, it often takes 3, 5 or 7 taps to get it to finally pause.

Would I recommend these earbuds? If you are an extremely sedentary person who moves like a sloth these might be the buds for you otherwise no, I would not recommend these to anyone. If it weren't for the fit/design then yes, these would have easily gained a recommendation from me, but if they won't stay in your ears then it doesn't matter if they function well.

2.0 out of 5 stars Good Sound Quality, but a few things to consider before you purchase
Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2020
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
I have used the TOZO T10 earbuds for awhile now, no complains but the case is a kinda bulky so an upgrade to to more compact TOZO T6 made sense.

First, the T6 sounds quality is as great as the T10.
The CONS start with the new touch control on the earbuds, they are way too sensitive. When you need to adjust the earbud while it's in your ear, it will PAUSE or skip to the NEXT TRACK just because your finger barely touched the earbud.

The T10 and T6 are waterproof and I use then on occasion in the shower, never any issues with the T10 model.
When it comes to the T6 model, you will not be able to use them in the shower. The water hitting the earbuds will mess with the touch control, things like change of volume, skip to next track or unintentionally pausing could occur.

It is also not easy to remove the buds from the case, they have a slick finish and it's tricky to get a grip on the earbud.

Until TOZO addresses these issues I could not recommend the T6 model, despite it's sleek and compact battery case and great audio i probably going to return them.

Who ever said theae are good sound quality and lots of bass hasnt heard the sabbat e12, jlab or jabar 65t and 75t... Only good part was the ear tips their premium silicone. Sound quality is a C, bass is D- im not a bass fanatic but like it punchy. Download an equalizer which made it dts 3d sound quality and still not good. Also volume dosent get high. Worst part is if u tap it accidentally u pause the song, u try to double tap it for next track, siri pops up.... Not happy the touch part on the ear buds is way to sensitive

2.0 out of 5 stars Average, IPX8? Not in running water!

I am an Audiophile. Well am "Audiobookpbile" and with over 500 books on my audible account I have been through no less them 20 true wireless buds. I own many to the brand names Best Buy found buds and many low awareness buds found on Amazon. My favorite buds under $100 are actually the GoNovate Airo. However though highly popular it does seem that GoNovate cares to improve and develop that product. These TOZO T6 are better then the precious version. Jam packed with features and specs. Better specks then most $200 earbug. However all of that means nothing if the fit was not so backward. Like the previous modem they still don't seat comfortably in my ears and this is rare for me. What'd the point of IPX8? I was pumped to find a new pair of shower buds. Unfortunately, while impressively waterproof it stinks when using in water. My entire shower anytime a drop of water hit the buds the volume would turn all the way up or down. It the unit would turn off. At one time the left bud was turning down while the right was turning up. The touch surface is not good for waterproof earbuds. Since I purchased them for shows use, I must give an honest 2. If they worked on the shower is easily say a 4 star.

2.0 out of 5 stars Updated! Good: waterproof, connectivity, size OK: touch controls Bad: earbud tips
Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2019
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
Update: I’ve had these a few months now. Honestly, they’re not that great. The longer they go, the crappier they get. They never turn off when I put them back in the case (staying connected to my phone and draining the battery) and when I put them on to charge, they reconnect to my phone, even whilst in the case. They are very OK. Definitely not worth the $65 I paid for them. Also, the inability to easily switch between devices is so frustrating. Seriously, how hard can that be to add?

There are a million “true-wireless” headphones on amazon. I spent a lot of time going through them. I didn’t want to have to buy and return several.

I saw TOZO’s T10’s were really popular and well rated. I also saw that they had made a new version: the T6’s that had a smaller case and footprint. They were $20 more expensive than the T10’s, but I pulled the trigger.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with these headphones. I put them through the ringer the first day and wore them in the shower. Totally waterproof. No worries here. My only complaint with the waterproofness is that the touch sensors are activated by water. So, if I dip my head into the shower, my music pauses. If I dip back, it starts again. Kind of annoying, but definitely manageable.

They sound great. The case is small. Batter life is awesome. They pair very quickly to my phone.

One other complaint I have about these is that they don’t pair very easily with multiple devices. At first, the only way I could get them to switch devices was to disable my Bluetooth on device A so that they disconnect from it and then connect to them from device B. However, I found that if I start up on device B to connect to the headphones and then pull them out of the case, they will pair to device B before device A can. It’s kind of like pairing to multiple devices. It’s definitely a little jerry-rigged, but it works.

Also, the touch controls are finicky. It takes me several tries to skip songs. IDK if I’m missing the touchpad or what, but it’s definitely not perfect.

However, for a third of the price of AirPods, it’s hard to beat these. I’m not worried that they’ll fail me.

Also, they seem to accept standard earphone tips, so I switched out the ones that came with it for some FAR more comfy ones. The default ones are very uncomfortable.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not for running and a overly hyped up product
Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2020
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
With all the 5 star ratings I expected something pretty decent but was met with skullcandy $15 target headphone quality. The sound quality is slightly less than average and the noise cancellation is only for soft or background noise. I took these to the gym with me and while they were fine for weights and stayed in for the most part, running was really impacted and disrupted by them. They would not stay in place regardless of the ear size piece I tried and every time you try to adjust them you accidentally hit one of the touch commands sending your music all over the place. I can hear myself running and they do NOT get loud. All this would be fine if they were priced for what they are but the 5 star reviews boasting of superior quality and sound have me confused. I'm very in to music while working out and I've had headphones ranging from 10-200$. For my needs these did not meet my expectations and I will be returning.

2.0 out of 5 stars Two problems...
Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2021
Color: BlackSize: SmallVerified Purchase
Really wanted to like these earbuds. Nicely designed shape/case and range. But there were two problems I couldn't overcome...

1 - They kept falling out of my ears. I tried the whole range of cushions provided. None seemed to solve the problem. Maybe it's just me, but as the user I had a problem I couldn't solve.

2 - As others have noted, it's essentially impossible to adjust the way they sit in your ear (which I had to do constantly to keep them from falling out) without starting/stopping or forward/reversing the audio. It seems the entire exposed surface is touch sensitive and you trigger a function whenever you're simply trying to adjust how they are seated in your ear. Bummer.

Finally gave up trying. Especially after trying a different manufacturer's pair from Amazon (COMISO) which basically for the same price provided "ear hooks" to go behind your ear lobes and secure them in place and also had a tactile button on each earbud so no accidental triggering. The case and other charging functionality was just as thorough and they charge with a USB-C cable, not a USB-micro cable like the TOZO T6.

Again, I really tried to make these TOZOs work - but found a far better solution for comparable price on Amazon. Keep looking and you'll see what I mean. Happy hunting.

It cancels sound a lot. I run in the woods so wasnt prepared for that but yes it cancels outside sound well which would be good to save ears because competing sound means you'd turn up volume and damage ears. I had to play around with the sound a lot before I found what I liked but I am a musician. Honestly these are the same as iPods (which are ok). They don't go super loud much like iPods but are perhaps more safe for your ears (as are Ipods). The case comes in black which I do like. I also like the wireless charging. They sound very good for being wireless. Minus the fact the one is not working correctly. I am waiting to find out how to return them. I like the feel in my ears. I did have to play around with different ear pads to find good fit and they give your several. I think the packaging is good. These guys know what they are doing marketwise. They connected to by iPhone easily and my iWatch as well. The only issue I have is that when I am listening to music and get a call, my earbuds do not connect the call to buds consistently I am not sure why this happens but I have to quit music and call person back. Or I have to quit music and have them call again in order to hear them in my earbuds but am unable to increase volume- it just isnt working as it is DEFECTIVE. The right ear does not go work when long press for 3 seconds for for phone calls. This is a big problem because I can’t hear caller clear. I will need a replacement.

I also ran with them yesterday and one fell out. I think because they were new I didn’t place them into my ear deep enough.

2.0 out of 5 stars Muddy sound. Blocks out a lot of bg noise. Touch controls very awkward.
Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2019

Updated review after year of use:

Good:
Connects well & easily, strong connection over long distance.
Charges easily, fast

Bad:
No mids or high end. Sound quality just "ok/good" - too bassy/ dull for my tastes (and i like bass!)
Always connecting to my phone when in the case - so annoying!
Uncomfortable,
Volume doesn't go quite as high as i like - borderline too quiet actually...
You have to be really careful not to accidentally touch the earphones when in ear or when taking from the case, or you'll be skipping tracks etc
These rubber skirt in ear parts I always find a bit noisy when you chew, move a lot, swallow etc. (plasticky crinkly noise)
Blocks out almost too much sound - (this may be a plus for some) unadvisable to use both when cycling, skiing etc
Connection seems to drop a lot when biking through busy metropolitan areas. (otherwise solid connection)
