These are the worst true wireless headphones on the market! I have the Bose true wireless, the Sony true wireless, Jabra elite 65, jaybird run, jlab. I thought these would be up there with the Bose. They are no where close.
You have to have both buds in to use them. The left ear is the main for phone calls so I had to stick the right one in my pocket "on" to be able to have the 33' feet distance from phone. You could not leave it in the charging case as this would drop the bluetooth pairing. To increase volume you tap on the right bud (in my pocket) and the left ear decreases volume. So I like wearing the right ear as I have a work walke talkie in my left ear. BUT if the phone rings I have to pull the left out of my pocket to answer and use phone capability.
The sound quality is so poor on the phone call people are telling me I am going in and out of signal.
Forget about the noise cancellation you hear everything around you.
What volume?? I have it all the way up and start praying for louder. I even tried downloading headphone control apps to bump everything up.
Battery life was terrible!!
What can I say positive, cool color...yeah??
