After calling customer service and emailing multiple times, I have had zero response back! I needed the company to ship me 1 piece since they did not open a hole
On the beam I was pointing to in the picture. Obviously poor manufacturing. I need just need them to ship me the piece … bed is pretty and not too difficult to put together when all pieces have the correct weldings/ holes to screw and connect together. I seriously have a bed put togehther with the main support unscrewed. It was such a hastle getting it assembled I can’t even think of taking it apart and bringing it back to an amazon hub. Update … Company sent me the part and it was too short. All 4 support beams are broken and the company only offered me $30 compensation. The bed needs to be tossed now and I’m out of the cost of the bed and have been sleeping on a mattress for months. I’m gonna try and see if Amazon can handle this now. I’m so angry they really had the balls to offer $30!!!Seriously do better, both amazon support and the manufacturing company!
