This item looks nothing like the item shown. It arrives in a clear baggie with the "Millard" label taped to the front. Very, very small. So misleading, and I can't even return it!

Opened the Amazon package that contained the packet of citric acid and accounting books. The citric acid satchel had a large hole so almost all of the contents ended up coating the inside of the mailer, the accounting books, and on the floor. Bad customer service bad quality control.

We use it to make homemade mozzarella and ricotta. The fresh homemade cheeses are much better and cheaper than store bought. Be careful not to add too much or you will have a bitter/sour citrus taste to you cheese.

I don’t have a lot of experience with citric acid but I was not pleased with stuff. The tiny amount cost more than I would pay for a quality I did or think was that great. I used it in a candy recipe and it had a funny taste and did not turn out well.

Worked great but smaller than expected

I guess it’s my mistake but this bag was really small. Just enough to clean my garment steamer and my boiling water electric kettle once. I expected to be able to clean more things or have some left over. Good news is the kettle got real clean and all the gross stuff that looked like mold inside (but would not clean off) was gone. Bad news- after I ran it through my garment steamer diluted, and ran it till empty, then ran a whole tank of clean distilled water through it after, I then used the steamer and the steamer seemed to not work as well, and started spitting black stuff and it ruined my Supreme Hoodie :-( this is probably not the citric acid fault but TBH the steamer worked fine before, was not spitting anything black before I cleaned it and was less than a year old. It was a floor garment steamer (expensive) but I threw it away b/c I can’t chance it.
