Great Small Smart TV

This is an awesome 24” television. It is simple to set up...actually the built in set up does it all for you. I also attached our cable to it in two quick steps. The unit is slim and has nice and easy to attach feet..one screw for each foot. The picture is outstanding. The sound may need a little adjustment but more than adequate for a guest room. The on board programming is perfect and more can be added. The remote is great having Netflix and a few other dedicated keys.

Not worth it. Get a new TCL instead

Not a good television. Constantly freezes up. Takes a long time to connect to devices and the apps come preloaded with no way to add more. Buy a new TCL flat screen from Amazon instead. Roku devices are far superior. I bought this screen a few months ago and it's already a piece of garbage that my kids only use for video games. The higher definition screen was not worth it.

I ordered two of these tvs. The picture is good. The sound is good. The navigation is extremely slow. Also, sometimes when I turn off the tv, something doesn't work correctly such that when I turn it back on, it tells me that I don't have a network connection. Also, the power light blinks rapidly and constantly. In order to move beyond this, I have to unplug the television and then plug it back in. I can only assume that is resetting the system to work properly. I'm not pleased with my purchase.

THE TV IS DEAD! I purchased this TV on April 1st 2020 and received it on April 5th 2020. It was purchased to into my den which was under construction so I did not start using it till May 15, 2020. That's 69 days ago! NOW IT'S DEAD, IT STOPPED WORKING! THE LISTING SAID THAT THE CONDITION WAS NEW! Amazon said that I had a 90 day
renewed guarantee but listed the condition as NEW! SO I CANT GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT! BEWARE! If you purchase a TV from Amazon you better start using it as soon as you receive it, because if you use it for 69 days and it stops working guess what, NO REPLACEMENT!

Only had one issue with the tv so far. Home screen wasn't working. I called the number on the back of the remote and because I registered the device, they were able to walk me through a factory reset and resolve the issue. So far my son enjoys the little tv and the picture & sound quality is great for a 24".

I had the previous generation of this TV and really liked it. When I moved, I guess I didn't pack it well enough because it got knocked around and the bezel got cracked and then Hulu wasn't always loading. So I was looking for the same one and found this updated version instead. It's a good price, there are a lot of apps built-in which is really nice, and best of all if you're a Mac user, it works with Airplay. I also didn't want something huge and this is a nice picture quality for its screen size and a slim profile, so it takes up a very small footprint.
