This is new to me and pretty good as a matter fact. I was excepted for the affirm program and wanted to buy a ring what was able to so I also bought the warranty while I got excepted for the warranty and still had money left by the rain but for some reason it would not go through I thought why would I need the warranty without the product. But great, you let me keep the warranty and still get a refund. Never had that before I like that in case a firm will change their mind.

This was to cover a ring that was $99.99, which is why it fell in the $50-$99 bracket. The website to file a claim doesn’t work and after calling multiple days we were finally able to speak to someone who only gave us a $50 gift card back….for $100 ring. Full Coverage insurance?!? What a joke. Will never but insurance for an product through amazon again.

Will fix a broken necklace, but not replace missing pearls

I purchased this protection plan for my wife's pearls since we've got little kids who like to get into her jewelry box. The chances are high that they might snap the string or the clasp. I haven't had to use the plan yet, but I've advised my wife to keep all the pearls together if it gets broken, since this plan doesn't cover replacing missing pearls, it'll just repair the necklace hardware. Not an entirely useless plan, but if you don't have all the pearls, your necklace won't be fully restored by this plans coverage.

I'll update this review if I have to use the plan.
