Professional looking watch

This is my 3rd smart watch and I have enjoyed them all, but I keep losing the charging cord, so wish me luckl with this one.

This was priced right, less than $50 and had good reviews so I ordered it. I was impressed with the packaging, it looked professional and everything was packed tight, there was nothing loose and flopping around. It came with a grey Velcro type watch band and also an additional blue one. At first I wasn’t crazy about a cloth band, but it does fit nice and is not loose.

When you first get it, plug it in and charge it, then find a comfortable seat and read the instruction manual. Like every other manual the print is small.

Among the usual things, time, heartbeat, walking, texts, etc. it has 7 different watch faces and you can set them so they automatically change.

I have only had the watch a few days, but I like it so far, and do recommend it.

After one month this watch is having issues

This watch is having major issues! Two days after the return time endded this watch is having problems connecting. It will not pair with phone so it constantly sends a Bluetooth request every minute. Sometimes it doesn't received my phone messages. It worked like a charm for a short time but now it's a pain to deal with!!!! Even after checking all phone settings the watch continues to malfunction.

What a major let down. It's probably better to just save up the cash and but a better watch. It was a good deal for one month but now it's a waste of money.....!!!!

IT JUST WON’T PAIR TO MY PHONE MUST RETURN

I MUST return this watch and it’s such a shame because I liked everything about it (form- shape – watch face – magnetic steel mesh strap). The only problem was that I could not pair it to my iPhone. I tried everything to get it to work. I deleted and reinstalled the app and then I did a hard reset of the phone. No success. So the bottom line at this point is that I cannot enjoy the benefit of the watch and at the same time have my keyboard available, which for all practical purposes makes the phone unusable. It appears to me that there is some defect in the CT fit app itself which causes this conflict problem. If they could work this out I would be more than happy with this watch. But for now I have no other alternative other than to return it.

I bought and it connected instantly to the app and my phone. It worked really good for three weeks and then it stopped connecting to my phone and the step counter kept changing to a different number system. I am extremely disappointed with the technical support.

Well this watch worked great for 9 days then I actually dropped it & it stop working. For a sport watch it's not very durable. You would think it could take being dropped since it's a sport watch. Dont recommend buying since it couldn't hold up to being dropped once.

Ordered these for my son & I to track our progress. The 1st set my sons wouldn't connect so they replaced them both very quickly but as quick as we got them the band on my sons completely ripped apart like it was sliced & mine will not connect to my phone any longer. & of course, the return window closed on August 8th. I would love to get these things sorted because honestly for $30 it's a good watch just VERY disappointing to have so many issues. Customer service??

Low-Mid Level "smart" watch

Update: It is now June 23 and the battery life has been less than 30 hours for about 2 weeks now. It died overnight, and now won't even recognize the charger being connected. Totally dead, no bringing it back to life. Original Review: So I got this product in early February. It is now the first of May. The touch screen no longer works, nothing happened to cause this. Worked in the morning, by mid-day, nothing. So now I have more or less a digital watch, that shows a few bonus features on the home screen. I can no longer see my texts or emails. The watch still vibrates, but no way to check them, or to control music, or work out tracking. From the beginning, the watch and app connectivity dropped at least once a week, the only way to reconnect, was to uninstall the app, reboot phone, then reinstall app, and reconnect to watch. I personally did not like the original bands. They were okay as far as comfort, but if they got wet, they were wet forever- just a personal preference on that, not really on the manufacturer there.
