Worse company ever, you can not call them, the only way you can get a hold of them is through email. I got protection for some wireless headphones, the casing of the headphones broke. I didn't drop them at all the plastic just came off, I started the process to get them fixed. They just replied to all my communication with them stating that it was a cosmetic issue and therefore they would not help me. Remember, you can't explain anything to them, you can't send pictures of the problem, the only thing you can do is provide them with proof of purchase of their protection plan and the product you bought it for. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IS A SCAM.

Purchased this protection plan for a JBL speaker. Within 5 months, the speaker stops working so I file a claim on the Asurion website. Nothing happens for a month and when I contact them they say they'll send me a shipping label. I don't receive it for a whole month and contact them again. After doing this for three months I finally get a label and ship my speaker to them. Asurion concludes that they are unable to fix my speaker so they will send me an E-giftcard for Amazon. Asurion kept saying they would send it within 3-5 days but I wasn't receiving it in those time frames but after the fifth time I contacted them I receive the giftcard. It was such a hassle. The only reason I give them three stars is because the other protection plans I saw on Amazon had the same issue and at least Asurion offers 1-on-1 chatting online so I don't have to call them and wait forever. Asurion also did a good job of replying to my communications quickly, but when it comes to them actually doing something about it they don't follow through unless you constantly remind them.

When I purchased this and it said 3 years, I assumed that it was actually for 3 years. I haven't read the fine print and I'm sure it must be in there somewhere, but I just had to use this service and wanted to write this review. It was easy and quick and totally worth the $4.99 to get the item replaced. However, when I received the funds to purchase a new item, the email said, "This gift card ends your coverage and the terms of your plan." So apparently, you can only use it once. Not what I excepted, but still better than having a broken product 6 months after purchase.

I purchased headphones for $34.99. I decided to purchase this plan as I use the headphones for work purposes. I figured I'd have a 3 year warranty on it meaning the warranty would last for that long. What is not written on here prior to purchasing the plan is that it is for a one time use. No matter when you use the warranty it is only good ONE TIME. So in my case, the ear fell off and I had to file a claim and return the headphones. They did send reimbursement, HOWEVER, you do not get to choose whether you get reimbursement, repair, or replacement. ALSO, if your product has raised it's prices since you purchased the plan they do not cover it. In my case, I would have liked to see a replacement as I use this item for work. I now have to pay more money for the product to receive it again. Had I known all this prior to purchasing the plan I don't know that I would have in the first place. I have given 3 stars as they did reimburse me for the product.

I'm not really sure what this is about. I chose Assurian because that was the only choice on Amazon. I chose coverage because most items, especially electronic items turn out to be junk, and I don't trust the customer service from the manufacturers. I don't mean to sound negative, but why would you want me to review something I've never used. I just bought some binoculars. They haven't been used yet. I hope I don't need your services. I haven't needed them yet. So why would you ask me to review your "overall, tech support, value for money, and easy to use?"I just picked three stars to be picking.

I only give 3 stars because l wanted a replacement of my item sent out since they still have it in stock. I talked on the phone with someone and they couldn’t do that for me. They just issued an Amazon gift card which will not cover the replacement. So disappointed. It will cost me probably close to $20 once I pay the new higher cost of the CD player plus taxes and add another protection plan. Not great.

I bought this insurance a couple of times. This time is the 1st time when I actually need it. Once I filled in their website for details, it told me 'not qualified since it's still in warranty'. Then I have to contact thru Amazon and also call them and wait for 30min to get a hold of someone. Then yes, it did get resolved and reimbursed. Hope this process can be simpler.

However this claim they've requested I return the broken. How's this profitable or eco-friendly to return a $20 - 30 item. I'd much rather donate the item to my local Goodwill.

Although it was inconvenient for me to use it at first, some time later not bad to use it. Nevertheless, the ear aids aren’t suitable for me, because if both aids are worn, each one sounds too loud to nearly use it, in spite of setting to the lowest volume before using it, according to its directions. So, if the right ear aid or the left ear aid is worn, each one sounds too weak to nearly use it!
Practically, although my right ear was deaf, suddenly from early May, last year, the left ear sounds almost normal! So, recently, usually without the ear aids, I stay at home. Of course, I used to wear the ear aids of changing a battery, that had been ordered through an ENT Doctor designated by Meridian Health. This ear aids fits for me! So, my daughter in Boston will order batteries fitted for the ear aids through you, ASAP.

I’m disappointed, but I’m sure that’s on me. This works fine with my Apple earbuds, but I also sometimes listen with my Bose noise cancelling earphones, and it doesn’t play well with those. I can barely hear a podcast with the Bose headphones.
