Super deep, oversized luxury

I looked for a deep/oversized sofa like this for months. The color is a perfect shade of cream that doesn’t take on a beigey/tan tone. True cream which I love. Looks like a big marshmallow and super comfortable.

The seats are SUPER oversized/deep. Measuring 27” from the back cushions to the edge. I’m 5’1” and when I sit fully against the back with my legs out, it almost hits at the ankle. That’s how deep I’m talking.

The arms are also wide enough and flat enough to put your computer while working from home or a cup/plate if you eat/drink while on the couch. The arm is about 7.5” wide.

Delivery was fairly easy. I chose a Tuesday delivery and the company called the Wednesday prior that they could deliver the next day so arrived faster than anticipated. Unfortunately due to COVID the delivery men could not come into the apartment so they pushed it through the door. I had to take it out of the box and attached the legs, but that was the only assembly.

Overall very happy with this purchase. Have only had for one week but so far so good! No complaints.

Very uncomfortable.

I like the look of it. I do not like how uncomfortable it is to sit or lie on. I had turned the cushions so many times to even them out. It feels and sounds like I am sitting on a bunch of plastic bags covered with cloth? Very uncomfortable and hurts my behind and back. I will return it if I could but it is not worth my time returning this huge item. This is one of those things I regret buying online and not trying out first. Wish I just bought the one I saw and tried at Macy’s.

This couch is amazing! I was looking for a quality, deep-seat, timeless, classic, cream colored couch for some time that wasn’t going to break the bank! This one was perfect. I like the texture to the color. The pictures in my review shows the couch with the light in my living room and with natural light (and my dog as a model!) I love the color of the couch in both types of lights. I also have a “true white” throw blanket on my couch to compare the bright white color to the color of the couch. I would say the couch is a cream-ish white with both cool and warm tones, so I feel like it can match with many themes! It’s not yellow or grey in hues. This couch is very similar to many that you see at Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, RH, etc. except not as expensive.

My husband and I have fallen asleep on the couch together a handful of times. The seats are very deep and comfortable. You can comfortably fit 3 people on the couch! I’ve had 4 of my girlfriends and myself (5 ladies total) sit on the couch at once. It’s cozy and comfortable. I love how classic and quality it looks, yet it also brings such a home-y vibe. :)

We currently have the couch in our living room but plan to move it to our study room! I think it can fit both ways.

The couch is very easy to clean, vacuum. The cushions are easy to flip. In the photos, you can see some of the “naturalness” of the cushions where it needs to be fluffed or pushed down or formed, so it’s pretty easy to move it how you want it. I just like the organic look to a couch: it’s meant to be used and sat on. It will look all cozy, but that’s the point of it!

There is a little “plastic-y” sound the first few times you sit on it, but it goes away after it’s broken in. I don’t think the seats of the couch are SUPER plush and “cloud-like.” You don’t sink all the way in. There is still support and firmness, which I like. I would say it’s somewhat a firm-plush.

Overall, amazing couch!! Love, love, love it. If you’re on the fence, I hope this review helps and tells you to BUY IT!

Solid construction and comfortable

Seems very sturdy so far. I'm 6'3" and weigh 340lbs right now, so I wanted something that was strong and offered enough support. My last couch (love seat actually) was several years old and fairly inexpensive, so it ended up breaking under my weight. It was not very solid at all. This one feels so much more solid- seems to be real wood construction and not that press wood product, but I did not take anything off to check, so I am not 100% sure.

The cushions are removable and reversible, which is good in case, over time, they lose their form. The stuffing seems solid after two weeks. It seems to be down stuffing from the sound it makes. It's very soft, and you can push it around to see creases in the pillows, which tells me it's not a solid stuffing piece inside. This is good, as you can fluff it up, as it were when you sit on it too long. Or, I like to sit on the left hand side then rotate the left and right cushions after a few days. If you needed, you could totally find cushions the same size if, for any reason, they lost their shape or form or anything over time. They are completely removable in that manner.

The color is nice, and I like the shape. It is very boxy. The armrests are very square to the seat itself. It's nice and your arm fits nicely there without any discomfort or awkward movements. The distance from the cushions to the top of the armrests is great in that way. I'm able to sit comfortably upright. I do wish the couch was taller. I use an ottoman from another couch with this, and it helps because the back is pretty low so sitting upright with your feet on the ground is awkward because it's so low to the ground. I can easily slide toward the front of the cushion with my butt and sort of lie/sit in it nicely. I do have to put a big pillow behind the back cushion against the wall, as your head would be on the wall itself which is awkward due to the low nature of the back cushions. A higher back cushion would be so much better for me being 6'3".

It's a loveseat but each of the two seats is really well sized and easily big enough for two adults. I am not small by any stretch of the imagination, and someone could easily sit next to me and also be nowhere near me. It looks like each cushion is around 28.5" wide. The way the cushions sit on the couch, there are not super tight-fitting together- that is, there is a small gap between the two giving a bit more room between two people.

Sleeping on this would be awkward. I mean, at my height, my legs would be over the sides no matter what, but you'd need good head support pushed between the armrest and the cushion you sit on in that the frame is so boxy and angular that way. Your neck would be killing you without good support. Honestly, the cushions you sit on are so long, I can slide my body down far enough to half-sit/half-lie to the point I have fallen asleep in that position numerous times. (Cushions look to be 27.5" long from the back cushion to the front of the cushion...they are longer than this, but some of the bottom cushions hold the back cushions into place, so you lose a couple inches.) I will note that I use a large ottoman that is around the same height as the cushions you sit on, and this makes this way more comfortable for me. If you were shorter, you might not need this, but because the loveseat is so low to the ground, being as tall as I am, it's super awkward to sit on it for long periods. With the ottoman, and with my legs outstretched, it works perfectly.

I love it so far. Much better than my old couch. Good size, solid construction, it looks nice, and it's very comfortable thus far.

I bought these thinking I was getting down filled chairs. They are not. They are down wrapped so they are a little bit firmer than expected. That being said, they are beautiful. The leather is very good quality and the color is beautiful. They are very deep and more of a curl up with a book chair not sitting in with your legs on the ground unless you add a pillow to put behind your back. They are big chairs so I would measure before buying. Overall I am very happy and I write very few reviews but was so pleased with these I decided to go ahead and post. These are in a sunroom being redone so it’s kind of bare. I will also try to post my other pieces I bought for this room. They look a little dark in the pics so the closeup picture is the true color.

Amazon is making couches? No thanks! But after a week or so of shopping around I decided to take a chance and go for it. I'm glad I did. My favorite thing about this couch is it is really deep. If you're a napper, you will love this. My only problem with this couch is it is really deep. While sitting upright it tends to make me slouch. I bought two king size pillows with some super furry and cozy pillow cases. It actually looks great and makes it complete. All the cushions, including the back cushions can we removed and flipped. If I start getting some wrinkles or dents I flip them over and it looks brand new. It does have down in it but it's a thin layer that surrounds memory foam that is covered in plastic. The plastic made noise and was a little cheap feeling. After a couple weeks the cheap feeling went away and the noise is getting less and less. It sits low to the ground which is what I wanted but that may not be for everybody. I hope they make a matching armchair like they do with other Amazon couches. I will buy one as soon as they do. The Amazon delivery crew were on time and handled the couch with care.

Honestly I'm shocked at the quality of this couch. I kind of took a chance for a guest suite that I was decorating in my home I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars from a furniture store I found this Amazon brand and only had a couple reviews but I took a chance and I'm really glad I did. It's very well made it took 5 minutes to put the legs on the cushions are made of real down and they're so comfortable the couch is very deep which I love and the material seems like it would hold up very well I highly recommend anyone to buy this couch who needs like a basic comfortable couch for a small apartment or you're concerned about kids with expensive furniture this would be a great couch for families!
After receiving the couch I also bought a armchair from this brand as well as some decor vases & blankets, all quality!

I had a $700 gift card to West Elm/Pottery Barn, so was going to use it toward a $3,000 sofa on those sights that would arrive in 6 months to 12 years. This sofa arrived completely assembled, placed in the room of my selection, etc.

It was surprising quality. Very durable. Fluffy, soft cushions, sturdy canvas material (so far withstanding cat claws), etc. A department store would charge $1800 for this sofa and get it.

My only complaint is that I want the chair in the same color, and I cannot find out whether it’s going to be put back in production. Also, I wish they had ottomans. Lastly, I wish they had more color options so I could get a matching chair and ottoman in an accent color.

In either case, if you want a standard grey couch for a good price with immediate delivery, this is it.

I was worried about the low height and how the cushions would stay in an hold up against my 3 kids and new puppy. I wasn’t a huge fan of things not being washable or the feather down stuffing because I know you have to fluff it quite often. But I bought it because of the reviews, it was in stock, not $2k, and I liked the overall look. I will say I’m impressed.
I bought new legs to give it a couple inches more lift. And though it says the cushions aren't removable, mine are. I could literally take them all off and zip them back on. I could even replace the inside foam if I wanted. I’m so excited about that. I do have to rotate the cushions white a bit and it’s not a lounger where you have head and neck support. But for our family purposes, we don’t use the couch like that anyways. It’s a place for us to curl up and read a book, snuggle, or lay down and watch a movie, it’s not a recliner or for a proper sitting room. I did scotch guard it right away and so far I’ve had everything from chocolate to jelly to blood to … other gross things on it and everything has come off with ease. So far super happy. I hope it holds up for 10+ Years.

Love: the couch is perfect and accurately described. It has become my new favorite place to fall asleep ha!

Dislike:
1. Some hardware was rusted.
2. The delivery team damaged my floor during delivery.
3. The delivery team didn't put the couch in the correct area. I called Amazon and they advised the team would not be able to deliver the couch to the correct room even though I'd chosen that option.

Overall the couch is perfect minus these minor issues!

I bought this sofa with the matching chair. The only assembly required is attaching the feet and the tool for it is conveniently provided. The fabric is thick and the whole c”sofa looks and feels durable, which made me not mind the higher price when compared with similar items. The sofa is big and comfortable, as a matter of fact, because of the depth of the back, I recommend getting a couple of good seat cushions. With the cushions this chair is extremely comfortable and ideal for curling up with a good book. Recommended.
