This Luke had a rough trip

Some reviewers are knocking off stars for Amazon's poor shipping, this isn't fair to the figure. Make no mistake, this is an amazing figure! Black Series has set a new benchmark for how figures should look and move. This level of detail (and price) is making me reconsider my habit of buying 99% Figuarts. Love the sculpt, love the detail! This is probably my favorite Luke outfit from all of the movies and now we finally have it in plastic form.

However, as others have complained, Amazon's packaging is hit or miss. Some of my figures have arrive in minty mint condition, this one arrived looking like it had been in a fight with a badger...and clearly the badger won.

I will be ordering a replacement ASAP. If you are ditching the packaging, it doesn't matter. I like to keep my boxes, so this one is going back to the badgers.

DOESN'T FIT IN THE BOX? NO PROBLEM, LET'S SHOVE IT IN THERE!

Way to go Amazon! Shipped and sold by Amazon Services LLC. This was folded into a shape to fit the box it was it. Any other time, I get a package of AAA batteries that could hold a bathtub. Nope. Let's just fold this 40th Anniversary collectible and wreck the packaging. Tell me, would you buy a new car that was on the lot and it's body was ruined? The listing is Condition: New. That's "new?"

Great product but beware of how it is shipped

I love Star Wars and was super exited to order this Luke Skywalker. The only reason I’m giving this 4/5 stars is because the shipper just threw it in a box with nothing to protect it and one of the corners of the cardboard backing is severely damaged.

The "interior toy" package was opened and damaged. The Amazon box was undamaged so the toy was like that when they put it in the box. The Luke action figure was perfectly fine. Now I can't display it in the package.

Great figure, but lack of accessories

I liked this figure a lot. This is my favorite design for Luke, and he was worth the money. But he only came with one accessory. I wish he had a bit more accessories more than a lightsaber which can be easily bent. Because the peg of the blade is very small. (like in the photo)

the level of detail on this 6 inch black series is amazing, it is already one of my favorites in the whole collection, besides the bubble pack gives it a vintage touch it takes you back to the late 70's or early 80's well done Hasbro.

Pretty Cool Luke

I though this might be a copied/re-issue figure of Luke as X-Wing pilot. It is not; it is completely different, with similarities. I had previously purchased one from another source. I wanted another one to possibly open (or not) to display with the Black Series Snowspeeder. The figure from Amazon came with a partially folded/crunched card-back, so I'm more inclined to open it for display vs. keeping intact for a collectible item. The figure is pretty cool. The helmet is removable. Luke still has a non-removable headgear covering on his head. Detail is.....wow! Likeness to Mark Hamill is really good! If you are a SW fan, you should get this. And if you have the Black Series Snowspeeder, you should get this too.

Arrived Damage - New Figure - BENT Cardback

The action figures is great quality. The cardback retro design is fantastic. The item was covered in a bubble wrap bag, then packed into a box with NO protective packaging inside. Box arrived DAMAGED, dented and halfway opened! When opening box, immediately saw the cardback extremely bent. If the box was filled with protective bubble packaging or packing popcorn or packing paper-then maybe my item would have arrived safely. Just lack of care at fulfillment centers. Otherwise great nostalgic Luke Snowspeeder figure.
