Original product and replacement both defective

I ordered this bedframe and the first one I received the legs were not able to lock into place on one end making it useless.
I reached out to customer support and they sent a replacement at no charge to me.
However, the second one was also defective and could not be used because the legs would also not lock into place.
I then received this message after reaching out to support again:
We believe that this product may not be for you; we apologize for the inconvenience.
We recommend contacting Amazon.com to return the item or for further assistance. Please note that Amazon.com adopts a 30-day return policy.
It is not a matter of whether the product is the right fit for me or not, it is a matter of your product quality being poor and not being able to guarantee that the product that arrives is not defective. Don’t put the blame on your customers. This goes against Amazons core values as a company. Own the problem and get it fixed.
I 100% do not recommend this product for anybody because you will more than likely get a defective product and the replacement will more than likely be defective and support will tell you that it’s just not the right product for you.
