I bought a lot--some for storage and some for dinners. Slow cooked, they came out really creamy and wonderful. Love that I have a good source for vegan, non-GMO and quick delivery in a nice, resealable bag.

You end up paying twice the anticipated cost!

We evaluate cost as price per ounce. If you have to check the math on each item it would be untenable.
You should be able to trust a seller to list the proper amounts.

I was extremely pleased with the bulk shipment of split peas. I always inspect and wash the peas before use. Other brands have contained small rocks. None here. I make a large quantity of split pea soup in my crockpot. This is the only usage of the peas that I can report. When I do get close to running out, I plan on purchasing this brand again.
