They were gross. I’ve come to realize I’m not going to get much of a rise out of any of the muffin mixes, that’s fine I understand why. But out of all the available flavors, this is probably the most disappointing. Not enough spice, pumpkin flavor is so subtle you barely notice it at all and over all it just felt like a mass of lightly sweetened mush while I ate it. I will not buy again.

I was impressed!! These were verrrry tasty!! I've been doing low carb most of the time for the last two years and sometimes it's been hard to find things I really like. These are definitely two thumbs up for me!! I've already ordered them again. :-) They didn't rise much, but were sooo moist and delicious it felt like eating a "real" muffin again! And only one gram of carbs!?! Wow!! I have the bigger size muffin tin so the mix made 6 muffins for me. I'm wondering if I should add some baking powder next time I make them and see if they would rise a bit more...?? Even if they don't, they're a winner for me.

These are my favorite flavor of Lakanto baking mixes. Just the most delicious, moist, amazing flavor I've had in keto products.
I recommend baking them in silicone muffin cups, most keto mixes will stick to paper baking cups.
They stay fresh for about a week, I put them in the fridge after a few days, and every day is a lovely after dinner treat, fresh and yummy as the day it was baked!
