I bought this because it seemed like a good value and the OliveNation Lemon was not available. It smells strongly of lemon, but doesn't taste like lemon at all. It has a strong chemical taste that only gets worse. Completely un-useable for purpose.

Fabulous. Don't use too much until you try a small amount. It's potent. I use it to emulate bitter lemon with tonic, because bitter lemon is hard to find here. If you use too much - and more than a few drops is too much - you will have lemonade. But if you want to add a stiff touch of lemon, this is the stuff. Should be excellent in backing.
