No information provided as to how to file a claim ! Material on chair is cheap and in less than a years used it shows signs of wear!! It was a policy to protect me the buyer from poor materials and workmanship!!! Very disappointed with the policy and the product it covers!!!!!!!!
Purchased one of these on eBay for a product, 3-year coverage. When I went to use it, I was offered 1/3 less than what I paid for the item. Now the replacement is Double what it originally cost me, They do offer a replacement, so I'll try for a replacement and not hold my breath, it's been 5 days and no one has emailed me about a replacement. Seems like I'm getting screwed, and nowhere in the agreement does it say it is pro-rated.
I bought this coverage for a computer chair I got however, the chair had a defect in it and had to be returned. I notified the company that I returned the chair and they were not responsive to me. They kept sending me emails that I'd receive the item on various dates and it was running late. I thought I'd receive a brochure or instructions detailing the coverage but they instead said I received the instructions via an email. I'd just like to get a refund since I had to return the chair.

I found this after I called Allstate. They said I can only communicate by mail. What the? They are quick to take your money for the policy, but when you call, they tell you you have to write a letter by snail mail.
Bought a insurance plan for my $50 desk and when it failed, they made it super annoying to get it replaced or fixed. Just be prepared for headaches, being on the phone/chat and getting transferred around.
