I have purchased several protection plans through Allstate, but had to cancel this one because the product I purchased was not in stock. My protection plan was cancelled without any problem whatsoever. I am impressed. Very impressed.

This is false advertisement. They say they protect from day one for accidents. I bought it for a sectional I got on Amazon. Got an accident with coffee stain. I made a claim and they told me contact the manufacturer. What manufacturer in the world will cover a coffee stain? Come on now, that’s why I got this insurance. Then they telll me call manufacturer and if they don’t cover call back and provide: name of person I spoke, email with detail why they don’t cover, number of call ID. Is like really, I think this is a waste of money if they make go through all of that.

I bought this because I have dogs. But the policy says accidental rips. My dog got anxiety and chewed on the couch. They denied the plan completely. Do not buy this plan it’s a scam!

I purchased this for a messaging Lift Chair. Now, This is basically insurance. As we all know, Insurance isn't any good until you need it. So it hard to review this product. I did receive it quickly. If I ever actually use it, I will update this review.

We paid for this protection hoping to never need to use it. However, now we need to use it to file a claim and it is set up (almost as though it’s intended to be to be) as nearly impossible. You file a claim and they say to contact the seller, which through some Amazon sellers is nearly impossible when a year plus has passed. Then you return to file your claim, you receive the message, “This can’t be done online. This must be done over the phone. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, wait times and service may be delayed.” Don’t waste your money; to us, this has seemed to be set up so people will give up before they can use their coverage.
