have all of the info before calling, and if possible, enter as much info online before calling. and yes, call. the ai has the iq of a 4yo, although i swear i have talked with 4yo's with better comprehension skills. if the warranty is not showing under your account, you can try the chat and see if it will connect you with a person. otherwise, just call.
data to have on hand:
plan number (check email)
order number of the purchased item
order number of the plan for the purchased item
(search orders works best to locate both of these)
date of purchase (from the order invoice)
pictures of both the invoice for the purchased item, as well as the invoice of the plan
that being said, their actual call center team is amazing, and will help set things right, even when the manufacturer will not. fast resolution, with no judgements.
