I made a claim that in the description of the protection plan states is easy and resolutions are distributed with quick and effective action. It took 2 weeks of persistent action on my behalf to even make it to a feasible resolution! The claims department for furniture specifically is HORRIBLE at simple customer service! I spoke to half a dozen reps that can't solve these claims on their own and 3 supervisors that gave me the run around. So that my review is clear, I purchased this plan for an area rug. First, they tried to give me a cleaning kit for my cat peeing on the rug. I tried to explain that I already tried cleaning it before making a claim. Second, they tried to send me a paper check, that's not how I purchased the rug or protection plan. After being very frustrated and refusing their initial resolutions, they finally sent me an affidavit to receive a gift card for amazon to order a new rug. Why was it so HARD to make it to this resolution?
