This is a wonderful product! They are very comfortable with a bendable rubber piece that wraps around the ear. The directions are easy to figure out with the pamphlet included. The sound quality is good for the price. I love the compact case that shows the battery life for each ear (which lasts long). All in all 10/10.

Bought these for my fiancé for work , the sound was good but they have already stopped working on the right side after less then two months( even with only a few hours of use each night and gentle use) . We also were supposed to get a free pair from a card the seller sent with the order but that never happened either.. Won't be buying from them again at this point...

Update : so a month later and I get an email from this seller :

"I am sorry that there is a problem with the quality of our products. If you are willing to delete your review, we are willing to refund you $ 30 as an apology. We are collecting feedback and improving the product."

Steer clear of this seller ,they don't stand behind their products and don't even offer a refund for the purchase price ..

Left side died; AGAIN!!

After two weeks of use the left earbud will no longer charge.
I have cleaned the contacts on both charger and earbud as instructed.
Pretty sad. Update: I have now purchased, returned, and repurchased THREE SETS of these headphones. After 1-2 months of use ALL THREE SETS of them had cutout issues, then stopped charging the left earbud. One manufacturing defect I can handle. BUT THREE IN A ROW? Garbage.

THESE HAVE GONE BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS AND I LOVE THEM!!!! My husband has wireless headphones and always complains about them not working about 6 months into using them, so I was expecting a cheap pair that would last me a few months and I’d have to replace. NOPE. These headphones 1. Have great sound quality. 2. The battery life is excellent, I use them all the time and rarely run out of charge/do not charge them that often. 3. Are resilient! Let me tell you a story.......
I used these outside working in the yard and left them on my windshield to remind myself to bring them indoors... of course I forgot to bring them in. I also forgot I left them there, so the next morning leaving for work my windshield was frosted so I turned on the wipers and left for work. When I got to work I remembered I forgot them on my windshield. I searched my windshield to not find them anywhere. Devastated that I thought I might have lost them driving on the highway, I was about to order replacements. When I got home I thought, “well maybe the wipers threw them in the driveway.” SURE ENOUGH I found them in my driveway, they had been sitting in the rain for 4+ hours, AND I RAN THEM OVER. The darn things still work. The case is cracked but the earpieces themselves are perfect, and they still charge. BUY THESE WIRELESS HEADPHONES!!!!!!!!!!

Just received Occiam headphones. Packaging was new and as expected. I just started charging them, so I'll add to this review in a little while after using them. But so far, so good!

**UPDATE**

Charge was fast and started using headphones yesterday; and they are really good! I like them a lot. A little low on the bass, but the clarity is fantastic. I have Samsung earbuds, but they don't always stay in when moving around - my ears are small so none of the bud really work. These stay perfectly over my ear and don't move.

The fit is great because you don't feel them after a while. I'm a developer on the computer all day long. These headphones work great - especially for the price. They look good too, because they're vertical, not horizontally sticking out. Really good design. For the price these are going to be hard to beat!!

**ANOTHER UPDATE**

The bass actually is really good now. I had to adjust my equalizer on Music Bee to 10 band, then added the Pre-Amp!! Now it's excellent. I'm really impressed. See ya.

*** FINAL UPDATE !!!***

Well... I thought these might work, but today they COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! I've had them for a month or so, but now I'll need to search for another pair. Based on this I would not buy again!

They started going off and disconnecting intermittently, then suddenly totally shut off, even after charging them.

Bought these initially as a back up to my Jlabs ear buds of similar style. These have outperformed the Jlabs in battery life but not quite in sound quality. The sound is quite good but just not quite as crisp as the Jlabs. For online gaming, which I use them most for, these earbuds are now my go to as the Jlabs rarely last more than two to three hours of constant use where the Occiam earbuds last more than 6 hours. (yes, I know, I need to get out more, I blame Covid...) I also like the digital display in the charging case. This indicates how much charge is left in the case battery for recharging. The actual charge of each ear phone is indicated by an LED light bar with a 4 LED scale for each ear phone.
On a side note, I have not paired these with my phone. I probably will when I go hiking and may update the review when that happens.
In the end, I am VERY happy with the performance, the battery life and of course the price. I will be buying a second pair of these real soon to be back ups to my first pair.

I love these headphones! Great price and work the same as most expensive ones. I only wear one at a time when I'm doing things around the house and the sound quality is excellent. The range seems to work pretty well too. I leave my phone in the kitchen a lot to go a level up or a level down in my house and I can still hear crystal clear.
My husband was trying to talk to me the other night while I only had one side in and nothing was playing on my phone at the time. He was about 6 feet away and I couldn't make out clearly what he was trying to say so I had to take the piece out. Obviously the noise cancelation part works great!
They are also really comfortable and don't hurt the inside of my ear like the style that are just buds do.
The charge lasts a long time. I wear one side during most of the day, about 6 hours and never had to recharge it. They come with the charging cord you'd need, its a newer version. The kind that came with my galaxy s10. Pairing is easy as well. I did have one issue with one of the ear buds sound going in and out but i emailed the customer care team and they quickly responded to resolve the situation. I haven't found anything I dont like about them yet besides you can't travel too far from your connected device but for me the distance is perfect.

Reliable audio and microphone for conference calls

So far I am very happy with the product. My coworkers say the mic picks me up clearly and the audio is good too. My husband said the wires earbuds from Apple are better but if I hadn’t done a comparison mid call he wouldn’t have noticed the difference.
I like the smallest size ear pads, they are very comfortable for my ear (most are usually too big and hurt after a bit).
I like that I can use both or one earbuds as I need or want. I like the storage case and the charge indicator. They pair very easily and and are comfortable to wear.
I decided I needed a Bluetooth earbud set after my cat caused a phone catastrophe, getting caught on the wire from my wired earbuds, yanking the phone off the table, and shattering my phone (even with a case on).

Excellent headphones - not good mic

I've had these for less than 24 hours and I'm already in love. They are so comfortable in my ear, I can hardly feel them, and they are so secure. My Beats by Dre headphones were CONSTANTLY falling out of my ears at the gym, but these are completely secure.

They paired with my iPhone seamlessly, and switching between using just 1 or both is also seamless. The sound quality is excellent and they block outside noise completely.

Minor complaints: 1) they don't get quiet enough. Sitting in my quiet house with the volume on the lowest setting, they're still a bit too loud. What's nice is I can pull them out of my ear but still keep them ON my ear, and then it's not as loud.
2) the play/pause button is a little too difficult to push. Almost hurts your ear when pushing the button.
3) my wife thinks they look very goofy on me, though she thinks most ear buds look goofy. You look at the pics and judge for yourself.

1/4/22 UPDATE:
I've learned that the mic is bad and people can't hear me very well, whether I'm connected to my phone or my computer (it's also a pain trying to switch the connection back and forth between the phone and computer, but that's the same as every other Bluetooth device I've ever experienced). People can still hear me, it just doesn't sound good. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, but given the price, I'm keeping them at 5.

Budget ear buds does the Job

2.5 year Update: Licensed clumsy person here. Ended up running over one of my new ear bud replacements with my car. (I tend to drop earbuds everywhere and loose them for a period of time🤦)
At this point I decided not to bother the company for a replacement due to my ridiculous nature.
I can't get the single pairs to link up to one another BUT I am able to charge them in any charge bank simultaneously. I just have to click all "T17" names at once till one connects to my Bluetooth and just use one ear bud at a time which I've done anyhow in the past.

Two year Update:
So it's official I'm clumsy. I left the replacement pair in a pant pocket. I accidentally put my full weight into my foot and stepped on the ear bud while changing clothes. The ear hook broke off, signal got messed up (though later this fixed itself but it would fall out of ear without the hook). Contacted the company again and happy to say they came in clutch and replaced them.

By the way, These earbuds have a lifetime warranty. Can't go wrong with trusting a company who will work with you, easy to contact, and will save you money in the end especially if your a clumsy person like me who can't afford to replace earbuds when budgeting.

One year update:
I've contacted the company when I started having issues with the charger bank and earbuds due mostly to (accidental drops/repeated accidental washes)
Thankfully they were able to replace them and so happy with their their customer service!

I've accidentally washed these earbuds before. One time a wash messed up one bud sound quality but corrected itself after leaving it alone in the charging bank for a few days. Both buds are still going strong.

Wearablity: Won't fall out of ear but if wearing a facemask the buds entangle with the mask (one time accidentally sent a earbud flying at someone when untangling). I wear glasses and they don't get in the way except when paired with Glasses+mask+earbud= Entanglement

Battery life: I tested the battery life while I used to work at a job site on a 5 day 24hr basis, by the 5th day the bank would need charging (I use one ear bud for each time I used them). Battery life is good, one bud will last a full day with spaced out use. Got into the routine of giving a bud a break and switch out buds in late afternoon/pre evening. I've taken these on a 3 day trip and a 2 day camp trip and never had to worry about charging the actual battery charge bank.

Sound quality: Is ok, if using high volume sometimes (depending on song quality as well) the music may distort a tad and garble lightly but I like a medium low level anyways so its not an issue.

Pairing: I've been able to pair my 2 Android phones fairly easily with these buds, but sometimes pairing can be stubborn so I just pop em back into the charger bank and start over OR turning the ear bud off then back on, usually it corrects this way.

2 year Update on noise cancellation: These come in handy when at the library while there are loud people talking nearby or hearing someone loudly speaking on their cell phone in the next study room over. (Both earbuds in, irration replaced by good study music)

Is actually too great and should be taken into account. When I have one ear bud in and the volume is loud enough I tend to miss out on someone trying to talk to me, so i like the volume med low so that way i at least have some awareness of my surroundings especially when out on a walk with my dog. I am able to hear my music while vacuuming on the highest volume though keep in mind that this can damage your hearing overtime if doing so on a constant high volume basis.
