I had never heard of baker's emulsion until I saw it being used on YouTube. Thought I'd give it a try. I am overwhelmed by how good the flavors are. I got the variety pack. To experiment, I bought white cake mix and vanilla frosting. I made cupcakes, breaking up the batter into smaller batches, then adding different flavors. I did the same with the frosting For one I did coconut in the cake batter and hazelnut for the icing. Great combination! Will be great for making a large variety of special occasion cupcakes using just one basic batter for many flavors. I have already ordered more types.

Also, I was sent the wrong variety pack. The company immediately corrected my order. It was very much appreciated, and I apologize for making a fuss. I will be a loyal customer from here on.

A lot of guess work how much to use. Trial and error. I use them for adding extra flavor to Protein drink mixes

I love tea but can do without the sugar. I like Stevia as my sweetener but it has an after taste -- I had been trying to find a flavoring that worked with tea and could mask the after taste of Stevia and these emulsion flavorings work perfectly without residue it is truly water soluble and taste great. I mixed the orange and cinnamon spice reminds me of the orange pekoe tea I grew up with. Yum without the calories.

I've always used extracts in the past but going forward I wont use anything but emulsions! I can't believe what a difference there is. The fragrance is much more powerful I guess you could say. My daughter loves the princess flavor the best .. it reminds me of a wedding cake from back in the day. I'm so excited to bake again now that I have these.

The flavor of these emulsions is very strong flavor. I have used other extracts but they did not have as strong of flavor, scent & taste as the LorAnn emulsions. I will continue to use LorAnn emulsions for several more years.
