The first bed I received didn’t come with instructions or any of the screws to assemble it. I contacted customer service and received a new bed with all the parts included. The instructions were not exactly clear on which pieces should be on the left/right of the headboard and footboard in order to make the slat bars fit all the way through. If the bed bows at the headboard and footboard you must switch the vertical bars so the screw holes are on the outer most edges of the bed.

I hope customer service has improved the directions to save on time and frustration. Otherwise it is a good bed that doesn’t squeak and is a good height for a lot of storage underneath.

This bedframe has no side rails to hold the mattress in place . I had to buy four straps (2 four each bed - one at head, one at foot) to secure each of the mattresses so they wouldn't slip off the bed. I would not recommend this product to anyone and it was very difficult to assemble.

This is my second bed frame from Noah Megatron, really nice and sturdy doesn't shake or squeak like other metal bed frames. It's the right height off the floor so you don't need a box spring if you're short in height. The extra space below the bed frame for storage is pretty nice to have.

Product was packaged extremely well including hardware and allen wrenches. It's a little tricky to assemble alone, and I did have an issue when assembly this one, their customer service was very responsive and very fast in taking action to fix the problem. Once all bolts were tightened , I fell in love with it all over again. I would definitely recommend this product and GREAT costomer service btw.

I got the xl twin and it is perfect for the kid's room. Super easy to put together. The seller sent, before the bed arrived, instructions that made the instructions on the product a lot easier to understand. It saved me a headaches since the instruction could be a bit difficult to understand if you are not paying attention to the pictures.
