Lid does not stay on.

The blocks are cute, but the box is very low quality and the lid comes off with the smallest touch. I do not recommend this toy, as if your baby is exploring and picking it up, moving it around, etc…the lid is going to constantly come off.

This block box is part plastic and part wood. It stands approximately 7.75” X 4.5” X 5.25”. There’s a turning cog on the front. An up-and-down slider on the back. All of the edges are smooth.

The only thing I’m not super impressed with is the lid. I wish it had been a simple hinged lid with latch. . . but. . it’s not. The lid is wood and removable. There are two tiny plastic clips on each side. . . but. . they really don’t hold the lid in place. I pulled them out a little, to see if that would help. . . but. . .instead of not holding the lid in. . . They held the lid in and would not let it go. So I had to push them back.

This item is Made in China.

Bottom line - yes, I would recommend this and would purchase it again. Why? I love the quality. They went the extra mile on details with these toys. The shape sorter has smooth colored wooden blocks that your little one can fit in the matching shape in the lid. The lid actually snaps in so there is no blocks out when you don’t want them to be. I like that there are the added activities on the actually shape sorter box to keep your child engaged. On one side is two gears and the other side is a wooden thing you push along in a squiggly line. Again, no pieces to lose there!

The ring stacker is nice, but it is smaller than ones we have had previously. The larger ones are easier for littles to grab hold of. This one will be more challenging until my grandson gets older. On the plus side, it doesn’t take up a lot of room. For now, we have them on his tummy time mat for him to look at.

I like the shape sorter a lot. The stacker is really for the under one year old -- close to 6 months maybe? It is kind of a ring stacker plus rattles. I like that they are made out of very smooth painted wood. Safe for baby. I just wish they would have come packaged in a way that looks giftable. They just came together in a cardboard box kind of stacked beside each other.

This is a nice set and my son likes playing with it. I have had another set like this from another brand that was much nicer and higher quality than this one which is why I marked it down one star. There isn't anything wrong with it, but it is just not as nice as other. That being said this one works well and has the added feature of the gears on the side.

Nice set but is it safe?

I really like this set, the blocks are well made and it’s great to get 2 of each shape for when they go missing. The colours are lovely. The stacking tower is perfect for 3-4months plus once they can knock things over. Some of the building blocks rattle too. The box does say ‘safe for formaldehyde’ which I do find slightly concerning as I think it means there was formaldehyde in the factory where they are made but it isn’t very clear?

E’ la prima volta che mi trovo a recensire un giocattolo per bambini piccoli del brand amazon basics: a dire il vero, non sapevo neanche che li producesse e questa è stata una grande sorpresa per me perché avendo già provato in passato altri prodotti del brand (di cui ero sempre rimasta pienamente soddisfatta) sapevo già che mi sarei ritrovata tra le mani qualcosa di ben fatto e bello. Così è stato.

Vi arriva una “vaschetta” dotata di maniglia di trasporto, simile a quella dei gelati (sia per dimensioni che per forma) dove troviamo sulla faccia superiore il coperchio in legno FSC (certificato che proviene da boschi controllati per quanto riguarda anche il rimboschimento etc etc) con gli intagli delle formine da inserire e che sono contenute all’interno della vaschetta stessa.

Aprendo la vaschetta scopro con mia sorpresa che in realtà è un giochino “2 in 1” perché trovo anche il giocattolo della torre impilabile con varie ciambelline in legno e plastica (anche con dei sonagli rumorosi e delle texture differenti da pezzo a pezzo) e poi troviamo tutte le formine in legno colorato che vanno inserite e lasciate cadere all’interno dal pannello in legno (compensato): una cosa che fa letteralmente impazzire la mia piccolina.

Sui lati della “vaschetta” ci sono altri due giochini: ingranaggi in legno colorato da far ruotare e che generano rumore e un altro legno colorato da far scorrere lungo un percorso ondulato.

Si tratta di un giochino perfetto quando il baby inizia a sviluppare le capacità motorie degli arti, per allenare la coordinazione occhio-mano, riconoscere le forme, i colori, suoni e rumori, tanto altro ancora….

In definita, un bellissimo giochino, dalle dimensioni piuttosto contenute anche se un po' pesante (per i numerosi pezzi in legno), comunque facile da portare al seguito (grazie anche alla maniglia) per far giocare il vostro bambino ovunque. Bellissimo il fatto che sia fatto anche di legno, ma preferisco che la vaschetta sia in plastica sicuramente più pratico e versatile.

Packaging ottimo: tutto all’interno di una robusta scatola di cartone e i pezzi in legno avvolti nella carta singolarmente. Spedizione veloce in 2 giorni.

Bei giochini colorati, in legno e in plastica, con forme arrotondate

Ho ricevuto il prodotto attraverso il programma Amazon Vine per rilasciare una recensione onesta e imparziale. Questo set di giochini è arrivato nuovo e intatto. La spedizione è stata effettuata a cura di Amazon ed è gratuita se si ha Prime. Al momento della pubblicazione della mia recensione, questi giochini non sono ancora disponibili al pubblico per la vendita, ma vengono commercializzati dal marchio Amazon Basics che generalmente offre buoni articoli con un rapporto qualità-prezzo interessante.

Questi giochini sono realizzati in legno e plastica di buona qualità, senza ftalati e senza BPA, certificati FSC e adatti per il gioco dei bimbi più piccoli. I colori delle formine che compongono il gioco sono unisex e le forme del giochino sono arrotondate in modo da non far male ai bambini. I blocchetti permettono di creare giochi diversi dove si possono inserire i pezzi combinando la forma corretta con il coperchio del contenitore andando così ad inserirli dentro la scatoletta. Si possono impilare gli anellini in modo tale da formare una torre e i giochini possono essere combinati tra loro garantendo tante ore di gioco. Purtroppo non posso valutare il rapporto qualità-prezzo di questo specifico prodotto, ma posso dire che è ben realizzato, con materiali sicuri, forme senza angoli aguzzi e i materiali sono pensati per far giocare i bambini senza problemi. Spero di essere stato utile.

En esta ocasión adquirí el set de juguetes clásicos de madera con clasificador de formas y apilador de arcoíris de la marca Amazon Basics.

Estamos encantados con este juguete, es muy completo y a nuestro bebé le encanta, lo cual nos ha sorprendido, porque tiene otros similares a los que no les hace caso, y , sin embargo, este se ha convertido en uno de sus favoritos.

Consta de una cesta de plástico con tapa de madera con huecos de distintas formas geométricas para clasificar las 10 figuras geométricas que vienen (5 formas distintas). Estos huecos tienen pintado el contorno del mismo color que la pieza que encaja en el, para que el niño aprenda a identificar no solo por forma sino también por color.
Además, la cesta tiene en uno de los laterales una rueda dentada giratoria y en el otro una pieza que se puede mover a través de un camino irregular.
Para finalizar se incluye un juego para apilar de aros de distinto color, material y forma. Algunos d ellos aros son de madera, otros de plástico, otros suenan,... La base del apilador es redondeada y balancea sin llegarse a caer a modo de peonza.

Los materiales y acabados son excelentes, resistentes, sin astillas, bordes redondeados, pintura magnífica.

Lo único, que no puedo comentar es el precio porque no está disponible.
