I took a chance on these earbuds because a co-worker had a pair and he said they were pretty good. I think he just got lucky and got a decent pair. I, on the other hand, was not so lucky! I have a pair of Bluetooth earbuds by Skullcandy that are much better. These were supposed to be a second pair because I like to use the Skullcandy pair at work and I wanted another pair to keep at home instead of carrying a single pair back and forth. The Tozo's that I got fit in my ear pretty well (I have a hard-to-fit ear), and I had no problem pairing them to each other or my phone, but the sound quality sucked! The volume was great but bad sound doesn't get any better if you turn up the volume; it's louder bad sound. It was pretty tinny with little to no bass and vague static in the background that became more annoying the longer you listened to it. I even tried adjusting the eq built into my phone and an equalizer app. Didn't help a bit! Also, the touch controls were SO sensitive that I couldn't even brush my hair behind my ear without triggering the earbuds. These earbuds were too much and not enough at the same time so back they go and the search continues . . . sigh!! Maybe I'll check out Skullcandy's true wireless buds and see how those go.
