Healed my left thumb tendonitis!! Highly recommended

This mouse is clearing up my thumb tendonitis!!! It's a great product, moves easily, scrolls easily. So much more comfortable for my hand and wrist and fingers. I've used it for a few of weeks and it is so much better than trying to use a traditional mouse left handed.
I have large hands for a female, and it fits me. A similarlly designed mouse I ordered at the same time was too small for my hands/fingers.
Although the pictures show not using any form of wrist rest, I found that a combination of mousepad/wrist rest worked best for me. If you were using a wrist rest before, you may find you need to switch to a wrist rest with a lower hight. If your hands are larger than mine, you may not need a wrist rest; if your hands are smaller, you may need a thicker wrist rest.

I bought this mouse to see if it would be easier on my hand than my current trackball mouse, since my fingers get pretty tight and achy at the end of the workday. I had high hopes for it, as the position of your hand is definitely more ergonomic, but it did not work for the kind of work that I do, which entails clicking accurately in documents (and a lot). This mouse is not very precise at all, even after messing with settings, and I would end up contracting my hand on it like crazy trying to get it to click where I needed it to. Counterproductive since then my hand was all contracted AND I would lose so much time over a day having to do this every time.

If you don't use this mouse for work and/or your work doesn't demand a lot of precise clicking, this could be a great option though. Very comfortable if you don't need it to be precise/fast.

With Perixx being a German company, I was hoping this mouse would be a quality product with some unique design and engineering characteristics, but that did not turn out to be what this is. It is a cheap Chinese mouse with the Perixx name printed on it, and nothing more. The buttons work well, but the scroll wheel has a clunky feel and is noisy. It works with the Windows 10 mouse driver when in an account, but outside an account on a lock screen it no longer works with adjustments made to the driver.

I was looking for a left-handed ergonomic, silent-click button mouse. I purchased this earlier this year, in March. I'm right-handed but began to experience major pain in my right hand, so I decided to purchase a really nice mouse for my left hand. After reading up on the different mice out there, I thought I found the perfect mouse.
It was GREAT in the beginning, exactly what I needed, but it only lasted 6 months, and now the right button doesn't really work. The scroll and other buttons are fine, but the right button is dead. Wish did worked out. Not many L/H, ergo, noiseless click mice out there. UGH!
I've purchased at least 3 or 4 other mice and have returned each one since.

the clicks are very silent which is what I wanted, but.....the scroller is noisy! kind of defeats the point of a silent mouse. the shape will take some getting used to but is nice in the hand and a soft matt type material covering it.
its an okay mouse but wish I had of spent a little more on something a bit better now mostly due to the noisy scroller.

Gaucher, je voulais moi aussi ne pas avoir mal à l'avant-bras après 12h d'ordinateur.
J'ai d'abord acheté une Perimice 718 (trop grande et pas soulevable car elle glisse) et acheté ensuite cette 719L... Pour laquelle je dois dans Windows changer les boutons G et D, ce qui affecte toutes mes souris et gêne les autres utilisateurs. Sinon, l'ergonomie de la roulette est catastrophique : resultat, je préfère utiliser une vraie souris ambidextre, bien symétrique !!!
