Healed my left thumb tendonitis!! Highly recommended

This mouse is clearing up my thumb tendonitis!!! It's a great product, moves easily, scrolls easily. So much more comfortable for my hand and wrist and fingers. I've used it for a few of weeks and it is so much better than trying to use a traditional mouse left handed.
I have large hands for a female, and it fits me. A similarlly designed mouse I ordered at the same time was too small for my hands/fingers.
Although the pictures show not using any form of wrist rest, I found that a combination of mousepad/wrist rest worked best for me. If you were using a wrist rest before, you may find you need to switch to a wrist rest with a lower hight. If your hands are larger than mine, you may not need a wrist rest; if your hands are smaller, you may need a thicker wrist rest.

Did not work for me - not precise enough

I bought this mouse to see if it would be easier on my hand than my current trackball mouse, since my fingers get pretty tight and achy at the end of the workday. I had high hopes for it, as the position of your hand is definitely more ergonomic, but it did not work for the kind of work that I do, which entails clicking accurately in documents (and a lot). This mouse is not very precise at all, even after messing with settings, and I would end up contracting my hand on it like crazy trying to get it to click where I needed it to. Counterproductive since then my hand was all contracted AND I would lose so much time over a day having to do this every time.

If you don't use this mouse for work and/or your work doesn't demand a lot of precise clicking, this could be a great option though. Very comfortable if you don't need it to be precise/fast.

I ordered this in the left-handed model to give my right hand a rest. I love that I could choose (in my Mac preferences) which button I use for "right-click". The only reason I gave it 4 stars overall is that the "forward and backward browser buttons" don't work when used with a Mac.

I knew this before I ordered it, and this was true of all the similar models, in this price range. I don't have that feature on any other mouse I own, so it wasn't like I lost functionality I was used to having.

At last I've found a leftie mouse that I really like. Everything about it is perfect to me! I originally bought one for work and liked it so much that I also bought one for home. The left and right mouse buttons are as a leftie would want--left click with my index finger and right click with my middle finger. Since I didn't have to swap the button configuration in Windows, I have this mouse for my left hand and a standard mouse available at my right hand.

I put in a brand new AA battery and I could see the red light at the bottom of the mouse light up so it is working. It would't connect to my macbook pro even though every other wireless mouse does. The instructions say to replace the battery and try again, so I did. Nothing. I went to the manufacture's website to see if I could download a driver and they didn't have one for the Perimice 719L which is what this is. This was such a waste of time.

I was looking for a left-handed ergonomic, silent-click button mouse. I purchased this earlier this year, in March. I'm right-handed but began to experience major pain in my right hand, so I decided to purchase a really nice mouse for my left hand. After reading up on the different mice out there, I thought I found the perfect mouse.
It was GREAT in the beginning, exactly what I needed, but it only lasted 6 months, and now the right button doesn't really work. The scroll and other buttons are fine, but the right button is dead. Wish did worked out. Not many L/H, ergo, noiseless click mice out there. UGH!
I've purchased at least 3 or 4 other mice and have returned each one since.

USB inside battery compartment! Good little mouse.

Just a heads up... took me a while to find the USB....thought it had fallen out the box! It was inside the battery compartment, in a slot to the side of the battery....good to know.....then i discovered many wireless mice hide the USB there..... just in case anyone else has a similar issue. Now I am happy with my leftie mouse I had to reverse the mouse buttons on my laptop. All my rightly friends cant use my computer easily now lol!

Just perfect for my left-handed grandson

My grandson is ten and has nearly adult-sized hands. He is pretty adept at using a trackpad, but there are times when he'll need an actual mouse. This mouse fits his hand and he is quickly adapting to using the lefty-buttons. Since he has ASD, the soft-click feature suits his sensitivity to noise. The mouse has a velvet-type surface which is tactile-pleasing, and feels quality built. Perfect for his homeschool setting.

If you are using a mouse alot consider a vertical or other ergonomic mouse. It hasn't totally alleviated my "mouse elbow" but it does seem to help. In my case I still have posture issues because I haven't found the right chair which is why I still have some arm pain. It has held up well so far and was pretty cheap. I've been using it about five months for about 7 hours a day.

I bought both the wired and wireless version and prefer the wired one with the higher dpi (provides more control and accuracy) when I’m working from home on my 38” monitor. The wireless version is perfect for traveling with my laptop when using the smaller built-in screen. The texture of the device provides good grip and the buttons have a nice precise feel (not mushy). I have large hands and the size works great for me. The angle also works perfectly to keep my wrist from experiencing numbness that I get when using a traditional mouse. I would recommend this mouse for anyone with mild to moderate carpal tunnel to improve wrist posture and alleviate symptoms.
