Amazing, do their job

Previously I had the Powerbeats with a cord around the neck and wanted something completely wireless that wouldn’t break the bank. This is it. They look nice, not too bulky, sit comfortable STAY ON through all sorts of workouts at the gym and the sound quality is neat and crisp. Only problem is sometimes you have to play around with the power/on off on each earbud since every once in a while one of them might disconnect, but not a huge issue, you just hold the button of the disconnected earbud and done. One single charge last for a good three weeks or daily use or even more. Highly recommend.

Perfect earbuds for Sitting still for hours.

I got these Earbuds during a Black Friday sale, buyers beware. I had been looking for a new pair of earbuds that hooked on over my ear for when I go dog walking .. pup yanks and my old earbuds were constantly falling out ... These worked good while sitting down to set up. Tho, horrible auto recording for "hello, connected, & goodbye" or whatever she was saying but music sounded fine once it was up and running. However .. whenever my pup yanked on the leash or I bent down to {cough} pick up his 'business' .. the sound would cut off and/or pause completely the music, requiring me to pull out my phone and restart my music. Same with when I would change directions with my head. Tried to return it but didn't notice they don't have the standard Amazon A-Z policy .. so this company screwed me out of $24 on sale. Luckily, I didn't pay full price so there's that. Going to donate it salvation army. Maybe someone who doesn't move much can use them. {shrug}.

I loved these little earbuds until it got wet...and then it failed. Rated IPX7, these little earbuds should have been fine after a few minutes floating in shallow clean water. Unfortunately, after that little dip the left one never came back to life ... wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on, after a few days drying in rice and then open air :( I reached out to Amazon Support, who were great & told me that I should contact the seller to have this problem processed under the 1 year product warranty (they are 4 months old). I did ... and received a message telling me that the seller is no longer with Amazon so can't help. Contacting Amazon Support again, I was told to process the warranty claim through the manufacturer...which sounds great, except looking at the booklet that came with the earbuds, the "warranty card" page says the consumer can fill out the info &"provide it" for replacement...no address, phone number, contact info of any kind. Amazon has been great, refunding the purchase price for this defective product. They shouldn't have to, as the seller & manufacturer should be covering this problem :( So, overall rating? 2 stars...I loved the product, but the seller/manufacturer warranty experience is obviously not acceptable.

Left earbud stopped working after a day of use.

I just received these and the left earbud already stopped working. The case says that the left earbud is fully charged and the light turns green for a bit when putting it into the case, but then it turns off. When pulling the left earbud out of the case, it does not auto power on like the right earbud does, and will not respond to touch at all. I tried to pair them together before pairing to my phone, tried letting the earbud Charge for hours, tried holding down the power button for over 15 seconds, and no response. I guess I could use it as a mono earpiece, but that completely defeats the point of these earbuds. It's a shame too, because they sounded great and fit very comfortably for me. I have tried following all troubleshooting steps and it will just not respond to me in any way.

Terrible sound quality

They fit nicely, they charge quickly, they sound terrible. When others have mentioned a tinny quality, they were being kind. There's virtually no bass at all from these. I even tried using a software equalizer to bump up the bass, and all it did was distort the sound. These were a real disappointment. If you're planning to listen to music, do NOT buy these.

The sound immediately cuts out when I put my phone IN MY PANTS POCKET! My pocket... I've never had a pair of Bluetooth headphones that do this. I can't always keep my phone out while listening to music. They stay connected just fine when my phone is in my hand, on the desk right next to me, or tucked into my shirt. But my pocket or backpack? Nope, sound gets choppy and cuts out intermittently. Complete and utter garbage.

There is no noise cancellation, I can still hear everything around me.

Haven't had them long enough to test the battery life.

I got these around February 11, they came with a charge of about 70%. I used them that night for about 1 hour. I plugged them in that night, they got a full night's charge. So on the 11th, it's now the 23rd, they were at 100%. I use them at the gym. I have been to the gym maybe 5 times since, used them for over an hour each time and there is still 78% on the battery. The sounds is great and they haven't fallen off my ears. I haven't figured out the buttons yet, I keep turning them off when I want to turn up or down the volume, or pretty much anything else. You will hang up on people really easy and it will be in the middle of a sentence. I will figure these stupid buttons out one day. I really do like these though. They are the first ones I've ever had where the sound is good and the battery doesn't die on you. I recommend them for anyone.

the sound on these are pretty good....when they work. looses connection constantly, even when phone is less than 2 feet away (buds in my ears, phone in my back pocket). nearly every evening, I have to fight to get them to connect to my phone. these are supposed to be an "upgrade" to the ones I had before. very unhappy with them. will keep them because they were a gift from my grandson but looking elsewhere for something that I can buy at a later time.

Originally I believed these to be good quality however, I have had some constant issues wth them and am not very badly wth them now.

The headphones are 5 star at cancelling out other noise. I actually have to take it out in order to have a conversation because I cant hear the other person talking. The sound is great but will occasionally and randomly drop connection, which I noticed more on my right ear. Also, I may have weird shaped ears which would explain why I also hate the shape of apple headphones but the speaker part of this is very bulky and after a while will start to hurt the nook of my ear where it sits. The soft piece that goes into the ear is comfortable it is just the hard plastic on the outside. other than that the hook is comfortable although a little big but I do not feel like it will fall off. I use these during cardio and lifting weights with no issues.
