Original Review: First TV I got had a piece of plastic between the display and screen, very noticeable. Took almost a month to deliver it. Contacted hisense, they said they needed to do a field destroy and send a tech so they could replace it, I was responsible for disposal. That was almost three weeks ago, so instead I went the replacement route through Amazon. Replacement TV works fine for two days, then audio dies. Factory reset, change of plugs, outlets, Power cycle, etc didn't fix it. Amazon offered me a 10% refund to keep it and get it repaired... Lol if hisense isn't coming to fix the screen I am not getting a repair for $75.
Sending both back, huge hassle and a waste of my time and money.
Since the reviews and everything for this TV on rtings.com show that it's the best deal for the money, I decided to roll the dice a third time. Finally, I got a TV that doesn't have problems. Hoping the sound stays fine on this one... But yeah, after ordering my first hisense u6g in August, I finally have a working one mid October. Great picture, large, no bleed, no pixel problems, etc. I took one star off for the seeming lack of quality control on the first two tvs.
