Every time need to disconnect the fire tv to the electrical and connect back and then it’s recognized the control..every time this is horrible 🤦🏻‍♀️i dont buy again ..too much money for that 😡

The case on it was apart of another purchase on here (Amazon) this remote did come with a black case that i may use one day. The remote doesn’t seem to do all it’s natural features BUT it may just be because i have a smart tv and it’s interfering or something . Otherwise the main function to control the firestick does work . And it was easy to connect

My remote ( original) after three years began to fail and i was frustrated with all the aftermarket remotes i had looked at. So many and mixed reviews and stories. I found this one from my 30th remote i checked out and looking at reviews, I decided to try this one. The fact it came with a case was something I did not want or need, but I decided on this one. Read mixed reviews on pairing, which the sellers description seems broken English, but tried to decifer and got it to work the stick. I went to the stick menu and components, and it paired the TV for me. Now I have volume and mute, as the TV is on during business hours. I highly recommend this remote.

The remote arrive on time, very quick delivery. My teenage son pair it to our fire stick without any issues. I was able to pair it to our LG sound bar. It’s working like a dream. The rubberized cove that cam with it is also very nice. If you are looking for a replacement remote for your fire stick I highly recommend this one. I made sure it was compatible with my fire stick model. I have only been using this a few days but it’s working so well.
