This bundle includes the new Fire 7 (2022) tablet, a “Kidproof” case with stand, 1 year of the Kids+ subscription service (approximately $60 value), and a 2 year replacement warranty. The regular Fire 7 (2022) is currently $59, so you are basically paying $50 more for the case, Kids+, and warranty. This might be worthwhile if you planned on subscribing to Kids+ anyway.

The tablet itself has had some upgrades from the Fire 7 (2019) version:
-CPU upgraded from 1.3 GHz to 2.0 GHz
-RAM upgraded from 1GB to 2GB
-Battery upgraded from 7 hours to 10 hours
-Charging upgraded from micro-USB to USB-C
-storage now expandable up to 1TB microSD card

So overall is this bundle worth it? That mostly depends on if you are really going to use the Kids+ subscription service. Kids+ is targeted more towards younger kids 3 – 7, and you might want to try out the service first to see if you actually like the content. Our little ones grew out of the content pretty quickly, and we didn't find it very useful after about age 5. Your mileage may very though. Keep in mind that you will automatically be billed $5 a month after your free year expires.

So, I bought this tablet for my her birthday so I could get my iPad back. We have both grown very frustrated with this tablet. While it looks very nice and well protected it doesn’t function as well. Maybe that is to be expected with a new product. I just hate that I had to be the one to get the defected product. First, the setup process is very long. Why do I have to go through so many steps to set the tablet up? Second, as you can see in the video the touchscreen is not working properly. Then when I do get it to come on it blacks out and then comes back. This is an every video situation. If you hear in the video my daughter gets upset because it’s not working right. If you ask is the internet slow, no. I tried to load a video showing the speed of my iPad loading the video versus the tablet it was a HUGE difference. People say you get what you pay for. No, if I pay for a product I expect it to work, period. In all fairness I have not contacted anyone as of yesterday when I received it to but will be contacting to figure out what can be done. I can return and give a better review if I can get a better product. The camera also need some work, the picture quality is not clear.
Aside from those technical things, I do love the apps already preloaded all I had to do is click to add them to her profile and put in my information and we are set. It made my life a lot easier. The parental controls are awesome and easy to use. Battery life is excellent for the tablet. Had I not gotten a defected one this would have gotten five stars. I will say if it’s for a 3 year old get it but anyone older, 🤔🤔.

The battery life is pretty decent on the tablet daughter loves it she’s 5. Love that she can pick out her own games to download and play also can choose to watch YouTube or Disney +. The kickstand is not long enough but that is minor. Perfect size for her to carry around or lay in bed with.

Got this for the grandbaby was the perfect gift! He has dropped it a million times but still works great mom has aa way to protect what he can download and he can watch his favorite movie on the go love it

Got the tablet for my son birthday and I opened and setup before give to him .
First have a lot the problems slow not download the apps etc.
I called support and the guy help me to make update on the tablet.
Everything look a little bit better.
Then try to download Disney plus app on my child profile. Over 50 minutes on the phone with the tech guy he couldn’t be able to have a solution to got Disney plus on my son profile.
He told he will call me back he will figure out a solution with another tech department. Never call back.
I decide to expend more money and get a iPad will be more money but I am sure won’t be any problem.
